The staff is so friendly

The beds were probably the best I’ve used in Vietnam! The food was great! Pool was good and the location suits someone looking to see the coffee village

Ageing interior and the pool could use more facilities, such as a bar or at least a little fridge full of snack and drinks to buy. The pool also has only one banana lounge.

Buon Ma Thuot is not really on the international tourist map so everything is very Viet though people are friendly and will try to help. The reception was great, arranging a moto hire and ringing the bus company for me (to arrange pickup). They packed a breakfast for the early morning start Not the cheapest option no doubt but the room was huge, clean, there was a bath and coffee making facilities, a safe, a good size wardrobe and so on. Very comfortable.

It is a little way out of the center but that is both good and bad, depending on what you are looking for. Not much nightlife in BMT anyway and it is close to the Lang Co Trung Nguyen coffee shop - which is a much see here!.
