9.2 Excellent
Pros: The animators are super top, very friendly and outgoing. Staff and shop owners inside the resort are very helpful. Activities organised everyday during the day and also in the evening inside the resort are fun and full of excitement. Food is delicious although not much variety but everyone does his/her best. Thank you for the birthday cake on my birthday together with the sing a long birthday song from the resort animators :) You will surely see us again!!!!
Cons: Wifi connection in rooms...not much variety of desserts (mostly with cream and alcohol). Resort is pretty far from everything but as long as you come for a weekend break or some couple of days of relaxation is great.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The beach
Cons: The staff where quite rude, resort geared to children. Room not ready on arrival at 16.30, although check in is 14.00. Arrival was handled badly, lack of information and food disappointing
8.3 Excellent
Pros: nice beach, good for relax, nastro azzurro on tap, clean room and other facilities, helpful staff, and pretty much animation during the day (if you communicate Italian)
Cons: 90% Italian people, you understand nothing from the evening shows if not fluent Italian, and there is nothing else to do in the evening, it is 15km from everything. Wifi is poor, Not all inclusive, as it is advertised on booking, soft drinks from a machine during the day, and wine (quite basic..) and beer from the tap at meals is included
9.2 Excellent
Pros: A place for families with entertainment, but remember you need to understand italian if you want to enjoy the entertainment. The grounds and facilities are clean and tidy. The food was different everyday and you could tell they were making an effort. Fish was being grilled in front of guests in open air. We were offered a special treat (spa) for booking via booking.com
6.3 Good
Pros: Size of pool
Cons: Only/ focus Itálien food, ant on room
7.5 Good
Pros: Beach front location. With activities for the children. Helpful staff.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The big pool was great.
Cons: Our price included "all inclusive" buffet food & drink was very poor quality. -No wifi connection in the room as well as 4G (only in the common area of the hotel) -door lock in women`s toilet in common area did not work - pin pong rackets were broken -outside our sea view room was an area which was not finished -private wedding organized in the middle of all the other 400 hotel guests -you have to pay for your hotel towel’s (20€) for each towel. (We went for lunch and left our towels on the deck chairs when we returned one of them was gone, it was stolen). We ask the lifeguard close to the pool if he has seen anyone and the answer we got "I am only looking after the pool not the deck chairs" -broken deck chairs around the pool area -The whole place is outsourced to other companies (Animation program, rental cars, trips etc...) -Reception is very unfriendly and unhelpful. We never received an introduction or greeting. (Other people were bought to the hotel room and explained in detail were things are) -The house own beach was not very clean
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff, the service provided, the structure.

2.5 Mediocre
Pros: DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL..... After checking in we were shown to a horrible, damp sterile room. We asked to move and were shown another disappointing room. None of the facilities were open and beach club was closed the pool was out of action the tv in the room didn't work, there is no WIFI in any of the ROOMS. What world are we living in where no internet can make it into the bedrooms. There was a kettle provided but no tea or coffee or even mugs to put the water in. When I called to ask about this the rude staff told me they do not provide tea or coffee. The outside of the building is shabby, the pond was empty but had a bucket full of fish in. We thought we would drown our sorrows and go and drink at the bar but they had NO wine in the bar or beer so good luck. It doesn't get any better at breakfast if I'm honest, no love or attention goes into any of it. The hotel is also in the middle of a very unpretty part Sicily. Id find any other hotel if i was you.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: great personnell, great view, beaches, very calm and comfortable place
7.1 Good
Pros: Great view
Cons: AC didnt work for the first Two days
5.8 Okay
Cons: Whole complex needs some tlc and staff more friendly. More information needs to be available about the island
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Nice territory and beach with crabs and view on medieval castle. Close to good kitesurfing spot. Quite nice hotel, but a little bit tired with years.
Cons: Internet was as medieval as the castle nearby and no internet in rooms at all! Other small minuses are not important if we take into consideration price/quality rate. And do not forget antymosquito spray or fumigator - as usual here
5.4 Okay
Pros: The view, the staff very helpfull
Cons: The air conditionning was broken. The breakfast very limited . Nothing left after 9.30 . Far from everything
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very frendly staff, giving you a feeling of beeing wellcome and at home. Exeptionall helping receptionist Luidi. Vielen herzlichen Dank!
7.1 Good
Pros: Easy to find. Carpark.Has a bath and decent shower which you don't find in a lot of places these days in Sicily.
Cons: Place is looking as though it has seen better days. It is a large cavenous hotel that lacks atmosphere. Beach looks better in the pictures.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We came in the last day of the season and were complimentory upgraded up to the lux with balcony and beautiful sea view. Many thanks to the hotel manager. The balcony also had magnificent view to the old castle on the rock. Perfectly clean room, friendly personnel, for sure recommend this place to anyone.
Cons: Everything was perfect!

6.7 Good
Pros: Helpful friendly staff, clean room, nice beach, good food from hotel restaurant good base for exploring area if you’re looking for a beach holiday it’s fine it is generally quiet but the beach does get busy at weekends although the hotel has its own private area. It can be a relaxing place to stay
Cons: Pool small great for the kids but you have to time a dip for yourself. Apart from hotel there’s Only one rest/bar within walking distance although food was good. Hotel also has camping site behind which can get loud until quite late. There’s not much to do in the evening breakfast is ok but not too much choice.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Amazing and very helpful staff!
Cons: It’s important to read reviews about the location, as it’s not in the center, but otherwise, great & quite place
4.6 Okay
Pros: The quiet location directly at the sea side. Free parking. Sand beach and very picturesque small bay on the left behind the small rock. Friendly staff. Wonderful view from the balcony-terrace in the room.
Cons: Extremely hard mattress and pillows. Rather dirty (we even can’t use the terrace furniture). The hairdresser is more like vacuum cleaner and can only make a noise. All the facilities are very tired. The restaurant moves you twenty-thirty years ago. Breakfast is poor even for Sicilia (If you are lucky you can see a bit cheese, otherwise you can eat just pastry). There is no juice in juice. The declared pool looks like a bath, just small children can swim there. The beach is spacious, but sunbeds and umbrellas are close to each other enough to have a honeymoon with all the guests. There’s nothing nearby, you need a car. Usually at this side of the island the sea is cold and the wind is strong, it’s nice for those who don’t like hot. The general atmosphere is as if the hotel is absolutely neglected by the owner.

Service throughout the hotel was top notch. The room very tidy and clean with the most comfortable bed. There was a little balcony to step out if you want fresh air . Sadly I don’t have enough time to test out the swimming pool and the rest part of hotel .
Cons: No

Dinner in the restaurant was outstanding—creative and beautifully prepared food with attentive service. Breakfast buffet was lovely. A special thank you to Giorgia at the reception desk for a warm welcome!

6.7 Good
Pros: Nice view of the docks with cranes and ships (and some rubbish) from the balcony and roof terrace. Very friendly staff.
Cons: Terrible smell in the bathroom and sometimes in the corridors. Hotel could do with some TLC
5.4 Okay
Pros: The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The property is in need of Metternich maintenance and update. The breakfast was only fair. The property is located right near the harbor with nice views but also near a raucous crowded party goer section which makes it difficult to access at times.
7.5 Good
Pros: Accommodation was well worth the €'s spent. Comfortable, clean and the view from our balcony room to the docks was great to wake up too.
Cons: Food at the restaurant was terrible. I had to order 3 different meals, off the menu, until it was possible to supply because they had run out of the ingredients for the original meals- and this was at 7.30pm. When the meals arrived, we could not eat them, it was like eating leaftovers. We left the meal, and were charged €35.00 for the effort. Would I go to their restraurant again - no. As for the accommodation, I have no complaints. Clean, comfortable, and worth the €'s, breakfast is typical of Italian / Scillian, sweet and a little protein, but after almost 3 weeks of this type of starter, we are looking forward to bacon, eggs and a few grilled tomatoes.
6.0 Good
Pros: Good location and small free parking at front. Overlooking to the port.
Cons: Uncomfortable beds. Not pleasant and very dark cold light at room and bathroom. Cold at the room, but we stayed in February. The breakfast at the roof seaview terrace was very poor. Not any cheese or eggs, only ham and jams. Coffee and tea only by inquiry. The price is not correspond the comfort and conditions.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great clean and neat place.
Cons: Nothing to add. Happy with the service for the price paid.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Excellent staff, always happy to see you and help with any ask. Spotlessly clean rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast was good each day - excellent service, continental style buffet with tasty cakes. Location excellent for wandering the old streets of Licata in the evening. So many restaurants, cafes, small shops. A room with balcony enables a watch of all the day fishing boats coming and going - it is quite busy and commercial. Beach (marinella) is a 20 minute walk depending on whether you wish to walk a bit further along the beach to a quieter part.
Cons: Nothing to do with the hotel, but noise from neighbouring cafe bar until midnight could hinder an occasional quiet night
4.0 Okay
Pros: Location.
Cons: Disappointing breakfast, terrible WiF reception, no English speaking front desk staff as advertised, no smoking room smelled of smoke.

Pros: Beautiful quaint historic lodging. Authentic. Wonderfully friendly and helpful hosts. So much fun.
Cons: Nothing, could not be better,
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very quirky b&b, excellent renovations with a charming bathroom added in the loft. Loved the decor and didn't even mind the small, circular staircase to our room. Staff was helpful, friendly and professional, even when they had to wait for us to check in. The quietest night sleep we have stayed in all of Italy. Parking on the road was fine. Breakfast in a charming courtyard was basic but good, special Sicilian sweets helped!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location off the little square, where a great breakfast was served by the very friendly hosts. Old but well maintained building had lots of atmosphere.
Cons: Although ground floor entrance was good, one could not leave a window or door open for lack of privacy.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hosts were wonderful, helpful, and very fun to talk to. They helped us with reservations, the rooms are so sweet and adorable. This was initially meant to be a one night stay in transit to another place but we ended up staying two nights. We felt right at home, it was beautifully quiet. It turned out to be one of our favorite places in this 3 week trip through Sicily.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: as a couple we stayed here for 2 nights and we loved the accomodation! perfect beds, you could make the rooms entirely dark and no sounds from outside! The little square with its cute chairs and tables under the umbrellas offered an idyllic place for breakfast. The breakfast itself was amazing, so fresh and many options to choose from. the village is nice, small but enough options for dinner, and a beautiful beach around the corner.

Cons: Great b&b in a fantastic location and also the management is soo helpful.
