Pros: Not much. Cheese plate was ok.

Cons: Felt like a sardine. Knees were up against the seat I front fighting for elbow space with person in the middle. Worse seating than Ryanair in Europe.

Pros: The first flight had built in video screens.

Cons: But video screens in all aircraft.

Pros: Comfortable airplane even in economy. All on time and good service.

Pros: Thoughtful crew.

Cons: More comfortable seat.

Pros: Crew was amazing, personable,joked around. I though boarding would take forever but very smooth.

Cons: Honestly...being stuffed in like sardines ....it is getting worse. maybe the older I get the more I see it....but its so uncomfortable. I think the old days were much better!

Pros: Politeness, dedicated and professional.

Cons: I can't see what, it was all good.

Pros: Apart from the boarding process the trip was great.

Cons: The airport had us board at a gate where we had to go outside in the rain without any warning. Many of the pasengers were families with small children and dressed for the sunshine and no coats or other protection from the elements. There was no warning from WestJet or the airport in the process from booking to checkin.

Pros: Gate crew was informative but the news they had to give us was extremely disappointing!!

Cons: It would have been better had the flight left for Calgary so we wouldn’t have missed our connection to Cancun and then had to drive to Vancouver and spend the night in a hotel and leave the next day ultimately loosing an entire day of our planned holiday.

Pros: The attentions to the passangers are much more friendly than the ones offered today by the american and european airlines, which are today getting more and more cold and unfriendly.

Cons: The second food service.

Pros: On time departure and earlier arrival of the airline Thumbs up for the pilot for smooth landing and take off Food is so delicious Stewardess are very respectful Will fly again with ANA

Pros: The plane was ghetto and old and there was only one tiny restroom for the entire economy class.

Cons: A newer plane with more restrooms would be great.

Pros: Food is bland, boring. Entertainment contents are limited and old movies

Cons: As mentioned above, more new selections of movies. Better taste and quality of food, please.
