Hotels near CSA Shows

Pros: Smaller gate lounge area with lots of private space and complimentary drinks and snack. All Porter employees that I had interaction were professional and attentive to my needs

Cons: No suggestion

Cons: I do not fault the crew at all for the weather or the delays. However, the airline desk was understaffed and did a horrible job of keeping passengers updated with news regarding their flights. I feel bad for the two staffers manning the desk because they had to deal with a deluge of angry people needing alternative flights because of all the cancellations.

Pros: Complimentary refreshments. Not too much...just enough. Thank you, Porter!

Cons: My first time using Porter...certainly not my last.

Cons: My return flight was delayed by 90 minutes.

Cons: 1 hour delay due to maintenance but the ground crew and pilot kept us informed.

Cons: For paying for a business ticket and to be offered a bag of potato chips is unacceptable though I did have a few alcohol drinks. Seats were also well worn.

Pros: We had an issue with the baggage which h we were able to resolve quickly and easily and get some money back.

Cons: Everything was good!

Pros: The price of the ticket was great.

Cons: The flight was crowded, no overhead bin space from passengers putting coats and jackets in the bin instead of under their seats. I was in the middle seat between two large men breathing down on me while they slept. It was a nightmare. On a flight that long the seats shouldn’t be that close in proximity nor should larger passengers be allowed to sit in seats too small for their body type. That’s not discrimination that’s logical.

Cons: Boarding was a zoo, they changed aircraft and lost my reservation although I am an executive platinum. I boarded as a standby customer Comer after 25 years of flying with them you would think they would pay more attention.

Pros: Seats were comfy.

Cons: Crew disinterested. The food for business class are simple snacks. AA are very low end in their approach.

Cons: No food included (and that fact wasn't made clear when speaking to Air Canada on the phone -- which was, itself, a whole fiasco during booking). Exact options for "meal tray" would have been nice to see on the in-flight entertainment system.

Pros: Flight delayed. Missed connecting flight

Cons: No luggage space

Pros: The meals and the consistent drink service was great
