The building is beautiful but has been left abandoned long time ago. The terrace is great. How come it works so well and all the other areas of the hotel are so poorly managed.
Internet does not work and if it would, it is only available in the reception. Customer orientation is extremely poor, besides for one person. The hotel is a mess, dirty, they are doing works and this is visible everywhere. There's furniture in the corridor, cement bags, and dirt. Room was old fashioned and badly maintained. The bath curtain was broken and half fallen, a plastic bag was covering the whole of the previous AC, the room was not kept well cleaned.
The location is perfect, very close to all embassies and the staff very kind and helpful The bar on the top of the building was a really good surprise, the view of the city and nile is really amazing.
The bedrooms should be renewed in my opinion and the bathroom of my bedroom it was small but anyways, most probably will be back if I have to go to the embassy again.
