Just another hotel

I like that there was a refrigerator and microwave. The rooms seemed fairly clean. The breakfast lady was very nice.

First of all, when I checked in, I had to deal with a very nice young lady who was coughing and sniffling all over the place. I know people have to work and I sympathize but not a good first impression. The elevator air freshener was so strong it was almost nauseating. I decided to take the stairs and the smell was even stronger there. It was a nice attempt to make things pleasant but was a fail in my book. I got to my room and my room card didn't work. I had packed everything on a luggage cart so I had to haul it back down to the front desk to get my card activated again. I had asked the maid service to bring fresh towels in the morning since we were staying two nights. She said that she would take them to our room in about an hour (we were leaving for the day). She never came back to the room so we had to get our towels from the front desk. She didn't even check our room. I had to get more toilet paper from the maid cart on our second morning there.
