Pros:I liked our ocean view room and the pool! Also the great access to the beach and the sixties room!
Cons:I did not like the way most of the staff treated us. I feel like they looked at us and since we are young I assume they expected they wouldn't be receiving a tip from us and their lack of friendliness and professionalism totally proved us right. I was disappointed because you go to an all inclusive to relax and be treated with respect and I did not get that here. Safe to say next time I travel to Cancun I will be staying elsewhere.

Pros:We really enjoyed relaxing in the pool and walking on the beautiful white sand beach. The ocean water was warm and inviting. At the resort the staff were very friendly and provided great service. The food was fine and offered enough variety for us. We would come back.
Cons:Our room did not have a refrigerator which was disappointing.

Pros:The staff was very professional but very friendly at the same time. The staff is what sets this place apart in my opinion.

Pros:Entertainment Staff is lively and work hard. Few restaurants have decent food.
Cons:Everything was old. There was rust on anything metal. Room Floors were old needed to be replaced or at least polished. Buffet food for breakfast lunch and dinner were small selections and tasted horrible. There were tip jars everywhere. Litterally during breakfast I was expected to tip 5 places. Toilet flush was very weak. Did not use Closet because it was disgusting old dirty and smelled awful. I can continue but i wont. Would not recommend it.

Pros:Because the resort is smaller than some of the larger resorts, the staff is able to give excellent service. They even remember what you like to eat & drink by the 2nd. Day. My fourth stay at this resort.
Cons:Needs better island or tropical music @ pool bar. The music they play is country or American 80's top 20. Does not go with the scenery.

Pros:The hotel was great, even though it is not a luxury hotel, the facilities are very nice and extremely clean. The food was amazing at the buffet restaurant as well as their nicest restaurant ShangriLa. The food options were endless and the staff was top notch, always there to serve you and help you with whatever you need. The beach is perfect and they have all sorts of activities from beach soccer, volleyball, etc. For the value I would definitely come back!
Cons:The Wi-FI doesn't work. Don't bother buying it.
