10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a beautiful and very clean place. We stayed there on our outbound trip and went back on the return. That speaks well of the experience.
Cons: Everything was perfect except the tub didn't have any non-slip strips in it. I had to put a bath towel in the tub because it was so slippery.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast selection was good. The desk clerk on duty when we checked out was very cheerful and kind; he represented the hospitality industry well.
Cons: The desk clerk on duty when we checked in never smiled. The outdoor patio could use tables and umbrellas; the cement slab is wasted space. Also, the door from the pool to the patio was hard to use; it would stick when we tried to open it.

Pros: Location to the Canyon State Park was the best thing.
Cons: Bathroom sink drain rod didn't work, tub drain didn't drain properly (almost completely stopped up) and sloppy caulk job around the toilet. Those things made it "feel" older than necessary. It was pretty quiet and everything else worked well.

Pros: Room was clean and looked nice
Cons: Sleeping on the bed was just one step up from the floor. When you first sit on the bed it sounds like you just sat on sheet metal. We'd hear a metal banging noise which would wake us up anytime someone moved. It says breakfast included... Didn't see any breakfast. Didn't even have coffee.

Pros: Nothing to like about getting ripped off and lied to!!!!
Cons: WORST PLACE IN CANYON TO GET A ROOM!! I paid for a king size bed, but only got a full size bed that the guy up front tried to tell me it was a queen size bed. Then the air conditioner was so loud that you couldn't even hear the tv turned up to 100% volume. I went and talked to the guy up front and he claimed it was the only room he had left. Even though the vacancy sign was lit up and t showed 3 more rooms available on this app. I showed him that and he still lied to my face because all the sudden he had an available room with 2queen beds that he offered me IF I paid more!! I told him I wasn't paying more because I already paid for a king which I didn't get..the guy did nothing but lie, I would sleep in my car before I ever stay here again!! Oh and no free breakfast
