Pros: We enjoyed the free food and drinks in the airport and also it was our first time ever taking a ferry to the airport! Our flight was delayed slightly but the airport personnel communicated with us about the delay. Flight crew was pleasant and friendly. I would fly Porter again!

Pros: Smaller gate lounge area with lots of private space and complimentary drinks and snack. All Porter employees that I had interaction were professional and attentive to my needs

Cons: No suggestion

Pros: The seats were comfortable and even roomy, compared to many other airlines.

Cons: Two minor drawbacks: (1) In the Porter lounge, where I was stuck between connecting flights, the cost of food was too high. (2) The weather buffets these small planes more than would be the case with jetliners.

Cons: AC changed departure lounges and nearly missed flight.

Pros: Air Canada's fights to and from Regina to Milwaukee are way to long

Pros: The crew was very kind.

Cons: Th plain boarding took much longer, we flew in circles above JFK, waited for a gate for us, then waited for all passengers with connecting flights to get off because we were late and that resulted in a VERY long process for the rest of us. The descent into the airport was also not the smoothest, but it was a smaller plane.

Pros: Staff was very nice

Cons: Flight delayed, again. Blankets smelled molding or worse.

Pros: Crew in flight was nice and professional Sit in 1st class was comfortable

Cons: For this flight everything was good

Cons: The seats are miserable small and uncomfortable. More options for snacks for the cost of the ticket!!!
