Pros: We had an issue with the baggage which h we were able to resolve quickly and easily and get some money back.

Pros: The entertaiment movie & one of the crew very caring towards elderly

Cons: No delays

Pros: Spaciousness of the aircraft, friendliness of the crew and plenty empty seats!

Pros: Smooth flight. But cramped

Cons: Why do you allow people to carry on 3 suitcases and don't leave room for others' 1 carryon. Each seat should have room overhead for each passengers carryon, but they always seem to be full because of people taking on 2-3 carrying

Pros: Everything was good.

Pros: Great crew. Good food. On time.

Cons: Terrible late. Kept getting delayed then finally took off and lost cabin pressure. Had to circle back and land. I finally gave up on the flight and rented a car to drive to Fort Wayne.

Pros: Boarding, departure and arrival were on time

Pros: Crew was nice and comfort was okay.

Cons: There was no internet most of the flight it only worked for the first 20-30 minutes of the flight then they tried resetting it but it didn’t work for the rest of the flight.

Cons: Except for Ginette , the rest of the crew weren’t courteous or polite. Couldn’t wait for you to complete your meal to clear up.

Pros: Just the crews

Cons: I feel the options when the flights didn’t work out could be much better and the managers could be more helpful with finding accommodations. For example my flight was canceled the young lady behind the counter was more helpful than the manager when exploring options to get me on my way to Sudbury in which I had to catch the bus which was fine but to get to that conclusion took forever they provided a ride to the station and thats it

Cons: 4 hour delay.

Cons: Were not let off plane after landing for 20 minutes and counting because no ground staff were available to open door to gate.

Pros: The meals and the consistent drink service was great
