Well located hotel - large clean room with very comfortable bed, excellent breakfast (one of the very few continental hotels that can give good coffee for breakfast!!). first class value for money. Free Wi-fi.

Underground car parking, cafe bar downstairs, reasonable walking distance to the port of Cartagena.
No tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Friendly reception and housekeeping staff, close to sights & port. Very comfortable. Very clean. Large clean bathroom. Would like satellite tv to pick up English T.V. applicable to us. Free WiFi was great for the teenagers.
Our family room rate was very affordable but I would not pay more for our family room at this hotel. Mini bar prices too pricey.
