This family that runs this place knows what they are doing . I will stay

Pros: Ten minutes from Fiumicino airport and a few blocks from the waterfront. Everything about the place felt brand new. Great Room. Big bathroom. HUGE patio with a hot tub on it. (Room #400) Decent Wifi. Perfect spot to spend our last night in Europe and have a stress-free shuttle to the airport in the morning. Next time we're going to book at least two nights, though. The place is too charming not to hang out a little longer.
Cons: This is a little nit-picky, but the breakfast was a little weak. A few more cold meat, cheese, and fruit options would make a big difference. Don't get me wrong, though, I'd return to this hotel in a heartbeat. Fabulous place.

Pros: Very elegant interior. The design was fantastic in the entire property.
They had good follow up with my reservation (in English).
Had a driver waiting for me at the airport. He also picked me up the following morning.
Staff was great and very helpful.
Close to restaurants.
Cons: Property is in a neighborhood of walled properties--it felt very closed in to me. This is not the fault of the property, but rather a reality of the locale.

Cons: No wireless internet.
Pros: modern rooms
Cons: breakfast room & choice of food
Pros: The shjower in the bedroom!!
Pros: nice and clean, pretty new
Cons: wifi was very slow...
Pros: Very nice hotel with modern design. Small room but everything was designed perfectlly. I like the automation (lights etc). It had coffe maker in the room (with charge), microwave oven, VCR, Private parking outside the room. Good price for the room.
Cons: A/C had a problem and room was cold. The receptionist had to close entire A/C. Shower shouldn't have, transparent glass. In case you travel with a non close person (wife girlfriend) there is a problem. The doors should open automatically without having to get outside the car and rign the bell. I was told to pay in advance during check in.
Pros: it was a very good experience to stay in this hotel we had a very good time
Cons: everything was good
Pros: Flat screen t.v.
Cons: Not enough toilet paper and no access to it after hours, hard to reach location, no signs, no food to buy around the area
Pros: parking outside the room
Cons: we spent 2 hours trying to find the hotel, it had no sign out side what so ever
Pros: Originality of the room, access with car, private car parking
Cons: Suggested improvement: glasses in minibar and in bathroom, more accessories in bathroom (kleenex, showercap)
Pros: Good value! Clean, secure and comfortable room with large flat screen.
Cons: No restaurant on the facility to serve a continental breakfast. No hotel signs anywhere to identify the hotel. Fortunately the gas station attendant next door knew it.

Pros: Very helpful. They got us to airport for 6:30 flight for extra charge, as the normal shuttle hours to Ciampino is 7 to 21
Cons: Shower pressure was low. Probably due to hard water.

Pros: Relatively close to the airport, but not particularly easy to get to from FCO with other than an overpriced cab ride.
Cons: Sort of bleak and bare bones. One had to keep the windows closed and AC on to drown out the noise from the planes overhead.
The owner, or at least the person interacting with us, was well meaning but seemed a bit confused..

An Italian-style breakfast is served every morning. Guests can also request a savoury breakfast. The bus to Fiumicino Airport stops just 200 metres from Sole e Luna B&B, while Rome can be reached by car in 40 minutes.
Pros: We stayed here our last night in Italy, as it was close to the airport and we had an early flight. Half a block walk to the beach and several outstanding Italian seafood restaurants. Room was comfortable and clean. Shared bathroom, but it was very clean and neat as well, and there was no one else staying at the B&B so we had it to ourselves. Good continental breakfast in the AM.
When you stay at Hotel Tiber Fiumicino in Fiumicino, you'll be on the waterfront, within a 15-minute drive of Parco Leonardo and Fiera di Roma. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, a 24-hour business center, and express check-in. For a surcharge, guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle at scheduled times and a train station pick-up service.
Pros: The hotel and restaurant staff were really nice. The room itself was nice. The bed was sleepable....no stiff necks/backs. This was a quick overnight stay as we had an early flight the next morning. They also served a nice breakfast (choices are 90% carbs). Perfect for what we needed it for.
Cons: The shower ran hot/cold in the blink of an eye. (Mine lasted 3 minutes.) Also, there were tiny ants in the bathroom which were annoying.
Pros: The hotel is new, clean and super convenient to Fiumicino Airport. The shuttle bus had me there in less than 12 minutes, delivered directly to my terminal with ease.
The room was super clean with a small, but excellent balcony overlooking the small harbor.
The stall was very accommodating and were not bothered at all by my limited Italian.
I would stay there again for any pre-flight night out of Rome.
Pros: Normally, I'd stay in the city if I were visiting Rome, but we needed a one-night stay as part of a flight layover. Based on the brief experience, it's too large to be a boutique, but smaller than a "standard size" hotel, however hotel combines the benefits of both. Located by the waterfront (you can see the fishing boats docked overnight out again in the morning), it has nice staff, excellent service, and good food at the restaurant. I would have no hesitation highly recommending it if you are staying in the vicinity.
Pros: For our purposes proximity to the Rome airport was very convenient for an overnight stay. The scheduled shuttle to the airport was a great advantage. The small town of Fiumicino was walkable with many restaurants though we ate at the hotel and enjoyed a gourmet meal from a complete menu - seafood being prominent as the hotel is right on the coast. The fishing pier was immediately out the front door. The price was moderate yet a good value. Seasonal prices likely would be higher.
Cons: I cannot think of any negative
Cons: Nice helpful people willing to go out of their way to make your stay a little nicer.

Pros: The hotel/spa is a lovely facility.
Cons: But the hotel also is a day spa for non guests. We arrived on a Friday night and it was a zoo. We left Saturday morning and the day trippers were arriving for the day. Not very relaxing or special for the hotel guests.
Cons: Cold at room

Pros: Overall this hotel was pretty great. I was impressed considering how affordable it was. The rooms were spacious and cute and the staff was absolutely lovely. Also had a nice breakfast set up and parking was convenient.
Cons: Wifi was not available in the rooms and only in the lobby. It was Friday night therefore it was fairly noisy due to a nightclub down the street.

Pros: The cat
Cons: The minuscule shower, no decent restaurant around the hotel, the 60 Eros by can to get there (10 now than to the airport) and then the 20 Eros charged and not told about, for the 5 minute ride to the airport for an early morning flight.
Pros: It is close to the airport and very accommodating with flight delays. Clean rooms and friendly staff.
