Cons: Late flight and can't catch next flight on time:(

Pros: On time, pleasant crew

Pros: We had an issue with the baggage which h we were able to resolve quickly and easily and get some money back.

Cons: Everything. We were incredibly delayed which happens but none of the staff knew what was happening. Different passengers were told different things and when we tried to ask questions they were far from helpful. It was not a good experience at all.

Cons: Announcements are delivered with too much speed and lack connection with passengers.

Pros: We took off on time and landed a little early. Crew were very nice. I couldn’t judge the entertainment as I didn’t have iPad with me to connect to the wi-fi and watch movie. Plenty of snacks. Worth the cost of the flight.

Pros: Crew was amazing

Cons: sing us to be about an hour late @2:15am

Pros: Quick smooth flight. We even landed early. No delays no problems. I even had seated in an empty row

Cons: Better space. Better service. Terrible directions

Pros: Cree was great. The switch from one airplane to another was smooth. Snacks were great selection and enjoyed the WiFi

Pros: Crew, atmosphere, timeliness. I was satisfied overall

Cons: Gate number changed couple times before flight departure

Pros: Great crew members. Very friendly and helpful.

Cons: I have no complain it was good for the most part for, more food lol

Cons: Need more room. Not enough space. Tv was glitchy and didnt work properly . seat uncomfortable

Cons: Plane was many hours late. Departure time not on terminal screen. Extreeeme delay on shuttle from United terminal. Sidewalk closed for construction. TSA Prechk not on boarding pass printout. No shuttle behind security from Term B to Term A. Plane left earlier than announced on notification apps. DCA website=6:25pm Final call at 5:47pm only word DELAY on term screen with 4:10time.

Pros: Seats were comfy. Crew outside was helpful, i suggest AC have some men to lift suitcases from scale to belt and not have these women who r checking ppl in have to struggle to life suitcases frim scale ti belt-why aren’t men there to assist? AC need to provide some assistance in this regard. in-fight crew was plain and ordinary, nothing to write home about. Not friendly, just do what “we are here to do” period!

Cons: I have given reviews on so many occasions to improve the airline but nothing got better
