Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore Charlottetown on foot and access nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. The service, especially from the host Freddie, was frequently described as exceptional, friendly, and accommodating, with many guests appreciating the helpful recommendations and personal attention. Cleanliness was another highlight, with rooms and suites consistently noted as spotless and comfortable. Several guests mentioned the spaciousness of the rooms and well-appointed amenities. While some noted challenges with parking and stairs due to the heritage building, these were generally considered minor compared to the overall positive experience. Value for price was occasionally mentioned as high, but most felt it was justified by the quality of the stay.
