Pros: We got a nice car which was one size larger than the one we had booked.
Cons: Pickup was extremely slow. Also, even though we had pre-payed everything they still managed to find some extra fee which was deducted from my deposit.

Cons: I got there at 8:45 and they told me it's too early for them to offer me the car i booked for 9am. I got a replacement but definetly a downgrade and for the same amount.
