excellent service from Enterprise employees while picking up and dropping off the car. suggestion: i wish i could purchase Enterprise full "Dont worry" insurance package straight away while booking through Kayak. I purchased this package at the counter while picking up the car.
Everything was good, but Its uncomfortable to take and wait a shuttle to parking 3, it’s not a close to airport. Secondly, unpredictable point that I have to extra pay for use this car in neighborhood countries such a Switzerland and France. the car was excellent, but the batteries in the key fob did not work. had to open the door mechanically
Was given a price of 200 euro more as I was told I didn’t provide a flight number, even though they had my contact details. Car broke down as it wasn’t serviced and had an oil engine failure. The phone number on the contract didn’t work. The office number wasn’t that helpful, had to email them and they called back. Had to pay for a taxi to pick up a new car, which was different from the address required. The replacement car was good. Still waiting on my refund for taxi.

Our flight was delayed on the route because of fog in Dublin airport when we arrived at Bergammo we were told our car was gone. your company were aware the Dublin flight had been delayed. We reckoned it was possibly a double booking. It appeared another person was given the car we booked. When we discussed this the company offered us another car with another company called "AutoCar" at an extortionate price. We will not be booking with SurPrice or Auto car again.
