Cons:

Cons: I was charged a $200 deposit after paying in full for the rental online and then 3 days later after returning the car I was charged $66, $66, and $67 dollars separately. Really frustrating because it makes me have to do more work to ensure I'm not being overcharged.

Cons: When I returned the vehicle the drop box was overflowing. and the return stalls were all taken so I had to park in a random spot near there.

Cons: Over a long drive, the driver's seat and steering wheel wasn't comfortable. With construction around the hotel's pick up and drop off site, it was a little challenging to find a good parking place where we could leave the car. But those are minor concerns. The experience was good overall.

Cons: Overpriced comparatively and car was dirty.

Cons: Lights didn't turn on automatically. No manual. Passenger door lock had to be opened and closed manually.

Cons: I dropped off at a different location. On the web site as well as the paper work it said the Budget office was at a Best Western Hotel. Not familiar with the area , I was looking for the Best western not an address. The Hotel had changed ownership and the name was different. I tried calling the office and was transfered to National Budget hdqrs and they could not help me. So I finally located the address on the NEW Hotel!!!

Cons: Rental office in the middle of hotel being renovated. Not a pleasant walk from parking lot to office. Got "non-smoking" car with bad cigarette smell. Rep was unable to answer questions on how to pay tolls in Illinois.

Cons: Reserved car 2 days prior to trip. No vehicle available to pick up on day of trip.

Cons: They rented us a car to pickup on a day that they were not open and then would not change the reservation to a location that was open. Eventually I got the reservation changed to the airport, when I got there the line was 15 people long and after 10 minutes of waiting only one person was serviced. I went to another car rental agency and rented a car for $40 dollars more.
