Pros: There was no staff. Flight into Eau Claire arrived about 12;45pm, proceeded to the Enterprise desk to find out the agent is only there until noon and doesn't return until 8pm. With no other options I had to rent from a friendly Budget agent but at more than twice the cost. Not happy!!!
Cons: What could've been better, hmmmm?, maybe have an agent there until the flight has arrived. I assume Enterprise had the reservation but decided to close up for 8 hours in the middle of the day.

Pros: My car was amazing 18 Impala! Employees so respectful and eager to get me in and on my way!!! Will definitely be a returning customer

Pros: Great service. No hard sell to get additional insurance.
Cons: Didn't open until noon. Would have liked to pick up the car in the morning as we had a full days drive. Then we could have gotten home before midnight.

$50 "one way" fee
Pros: Hello, I made my reservation on Kayak. When I arrived at the Emterprise counter they honored the Kayak rate BUT added a "mandatory $50 one way fee." They said there was no way to waive this, even though the Kayak website and reservation didn't mention anything about this. Had I known about this $50 "one way" fee, I would have picked another rental car company. I found it quite shady that I was first informed of it upon arrival at the Enterprise location because, by that time there was no way for me to change plans. Textbook bait and switch. The Enterprise people made it sound like it was Kayak's fault for not informing me of this as it was a long standing Enterprise company policy. In that case, there should be sufficient communication between Kayak and Enterprise so that such things don't happen. I'd like a refund of that $50 please. Otherwise, in terms of customer service, Enterprise did a good job, worthy of 4 stars. Only issue: the car I picked up had only 3/8 tank of gas when I drove it off their lot. In my experience, rental cars should come fully feuled. Thank you Sina
