Things could had gone bad but everything was remed
Pros: The staff was very apologetic about overbooking and tried their best to make things work for us. We waited a little over 2 hours beyond our pick up time but we were able to get the car we requested and the staff worked with us all the way to make things right!
Cons: The fact that the corporate office was overbooking during the holiday season when everyone has plans. This is absolutely unacceptable to the customer and is unfair to the poor staff who ends up paying and putting up with the disgruntled customers.

Long wait for picking up the car
Pros: The drop off was real easy. The car was clean
Cons: There were only 2 people at the counter and almost 50 people in line.We had to wait almost 45 minutes in line before getting to the counter. This resulted in getting us late to our destination.

Good for the money, didn't get cleaned before leav
Pros: Car was nice, and great on gas.
Cons: Pick up in Miami took a while. I allowed them not to clean the car in order to cut down the wait time. The car was in good condition except for something nasty on the seat belt that got on my girlfriends shirt.

Got the job done.
Pros: Easily booked the rental from my phone while disembarking a cruise ship. Since I left the defaults in for date and time, they weren't quite right but the guys at the desk changed it for me quickly and without hassle. I was able to return to the airport instead of downtown.
Cons: What I really needed was a car/SUV/van for 6 people and 5 bags, what they had was a 15 passenger van. I had to put the bags in the last two rows of seats, but it worked. Because of the size I had to add commercial insurance. My family complained that van smelled bad, but I thought it seemed typical for a passenger van with cloth seats. No "new car" smell like you might get in regular car rentals.

Enterprise office not open at times advertised by
Pros: Car upgrade for inconvenience, although this had to be pushed for.
Telephone service when left stranded outside Key Biscayne office was very apologetic and helpful.
Cons: Key Biscayne office not open on Saturday until noon as advertised. Turns out this is satellite of city office and notice should have been on door for number to call (but was not). either way was left standing outside office rebooking with Enterprise at office 6 miles away to which we had to get immediate Uber to avoid second office shutting on us. The car was ultimately a 'convenient' upgrade (ie was available when others, including our booking, weren't). Service was poor to average and office at downtown Miami Hyatt shabby. Return to Key Biscayne ultimately was to same person who served us downtown and who probably should have been on Key Biscayne for the pick up! Service was more apologetic and concerned on drop off, but it was clear that reference to 'someone' not putting sign up was in fact a hidden confession (the truth would have been nice.) Key Biscayne office an empty box and not a clean one! Even the car (a premium upgrade) was battered in places.
Generally poor...but ultimately (after discount) good value. Would have paid for better service, open office (only went there for presence on Key) and cleaner all round environment.
Pros: I made a reservation on line about three days before my trip to Florida for a pick up at FLL.
After I landed at FLL and I went to pick up my rental car my reservation was actually for Miami airport. So I could not get the car.
They could switch it but it would had cost me about $60 more which I was not wiling to pay.
I have no idea how this happened.
Cons: Switching airports that are less than 50 miles apart was too expensive.
They should have honor my reservation price.
