Pros: Well they did try to help however... (see below)
Cons: They did not have the size car I wanted, they said the insurance I bought through the website wouldn't cover the car, they tried to charge me $100 extra for the next size up (no discount forinconvenience, it was just a mess. Ended up cancelling my order this time.

Absolutely awful place, don't waste your time or money
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: I booked a car online, got to the place at the specified time, and there was no car. Not even a different car that I could rent. I wasted so much time and money ubering to and from the place, and missed a day of work since I need a car for my job. Furthermore, its obvious someone is smoking cigarettes in the lobby- the place stinks. However, the girl behind the counter was VERY sweet and kind, wanted to do something to help but her hands were very clearly tied.
