Cons: The car (nisan versa note) driver's seat was not that comfortable. I had difficulty adjusting the back of the seat.

Cons: The car I got was one size smaller then what I had reserved, which is significant since I'm pretty tall. They offered to switch me into a larger car if I came back the next day, but since I was only using the car for two days it was not worth it. I gave one day's notice, which I'm sure impacted the selection, but a larger car should not have been advertised if that were the situation.

Cons: There was no attendant so we had to go into terminal. It's a small airport and it wasn't difficult to du that. Just would have been faster with an attendant on hand.

Cons: They don't offer EZpass on cars rented to New York state residents. It makes zero sense considering we have bridges & tolls.

Cons: Brakes bad, car beat up and smelled odd. I don't mind but would not want one of my daughters to drive this crappy car. Tried to tell both the yard attendant and the lady at the inside counter and neither cared. Sad, my father worked for Budget for years and I'm not sure I would recommend anyone to use your services.

Cons: I used a car for twenty four hours, but the time was an hour later where I returned it. Time zones are conveniently not mentioned anywhere in their terms. Customer service was rude and condescending. I got an enormous charge for the extra hour. I will never use Budget again!

Cons: I wanted to get the car for 2 more days but had to keep that same price instead of getting the lower price now offered. they told me to return the car and go on line and rent another one from therm. We filled the gas across the street and when we returned We were told we had to pay $16.00. We fought it.

Cons: Since this was off hours, we tried to go to the counter to drop off. Everyone was open except hertz. Their instructions were vague and indecipherable. Even finding where to drop off the car was hard. Thank god the lot is small!

Cons: Bait with your ad suggesting a small crossover SUV. For the price in your advertisement the only car available was a compact. I was forced to spend significantly more Will NEVER use Kayak or zthrifty again.

Cons: I was told after a month early reservation and early online check in that I was on the “do not rent to list”. This is on Christmas Day as I’m ready to leave for a family trip to NC. There was nobody available by phone to rectify this by phone. I am disgusted.
