7 seater rental
Pros: I was collecyed promptly by a very friendly member of staff who ran through everything personally I felt very taken care of. The car was superb and fitted my needs perfectly.
Cons: I wasn't aware of the extra charges for roadside assistance and this could have been explained more thoroughly. It would have been great to have been offered a drop off service after the rental too.

Total disappointment
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Booked online and confirmed. Arrived to pick up the car and was told the car was not available. It upset all our plans being a saturday.
