Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful! They called during me trip to make sure the rental was working out for me!! The price for the car was decent as well! Definitely will rent from them again!!

Ford Expedition
Pros: The car probably was not inspected properly because the ride was very uncomfortable on the highway. After a couple of hours realized the tire tire pressure light was on and all 4 tires were low on air. When filled them up with air lost pressure again a couple of hours later. Called for roadside assistance took close to two hours to arrive and didn't have a replacement tire just filled it with air and told us to go to a tire store and company will reimburse. If the car had been inspected properly this wouldn't have happened.

Cons: Willow Grove Enterprise office attempted to give me a smaller car than I reserved then tried to strong arm me into paying for a upgrade. The counter person ultimately refused to honor the price that I agreed to on Kayak. I will defintely not try to rent from this location again and probably won't use Kayak to book a rental in the future
