Pros: Great value. Free beverages including a small selection of beer, wine and whiskey. Otherwise no frills, no with, no entertainment. Short haul flights, no problem. Best bargain airline

Cons: There is a fee to change your assigned seat US$10-20(?), regardless of whether it's a "better" seat. Fortunately, this trip our seats (family of three) were near where we wanted to be. But, it would have been disappointing to have to pay for each seat change for each leg, each way.

Pros: Crew AND passengers were great, polite & calm. Seats are kinda squashy, tight. Food was yummy.

Cons: Don't think you could make general seats more roomy for average sized people? Luggage bins were squashy too.

Cons: The seat and area around me on this early morning flight were trashy-- old cups of cheese spread, cracker crumbs, and an empty water bottle.

Cons: Our bag was tagged as Priority, and was literally the last one off the plane. We clearly have different definitions of that word.

Cons: The fact that my wife and I were not able to check in at kiosk is a technology problem, and then we waited in line forever as United tried to deal with other large group of problem customers. Because if their bad service we missed cutoff, even though I had already checked In and we had no checked bags. We We were forced to pay for hotel our of our pocket, get another rental car, and change itinerary to have to go through Denver to get back to Chicago and arrive a full day later, causing havoc with work schedule and coverage for kids. Thumbs down United! I used to be 1K with you, this Is why I don't fly this airline often.

Pros: Crew was wonderful. Flight was on time.

Cons: IT TOOK 50 minutes to get our suitcase on arrival in Vancouver
