The room was very clean and comfortable.
When we came back to the hotel at about 11.45 there was a very loud private party going on which sounded like it was under our room. We assumed it would end by midnight so went to bed. At 12. 30am it was still going strong. Reception offered to move us to a different room as their parties go on until 1.30am. because this would have been equally disruptive we stayed put but I wonder why they put us in a room which was subject to this level of noise in the first place when clearly they had other, quieter rooms vacant. When we checked out and I asked for a comments form we weren't even asked if our stay had been ok. Very disappointing.
Staff, Gym, location, room extras (I needed the sewing kit)
I ordered a toasted sandwich for my eve meal. It was delivered with a plastic cover over the plate but this made the toast damp and limp. Not a good choice of bar meals - only sandwiches. When I stay away (approx once a week) I never eat in the restaraunt (I'd get fat). My only option was a toasted sandwich. So unfortunatly I cant stay here again.
Very clean and comfortable - pleasant room with good facilities. Excellent dinner menu, beautifully cooked.Good breakfast
