Pros: Yes the crow was good

Cons: The crew was rude, we took off over an hour late, there was no food for sale on board

Cons: Seats feel like they keep you hunched forward even fully reclined. Very very dirty. Seats covered in crumbs and seat back pocket FULL of trash.

Pros: I was cramped being a man of fair size. Which honestly quite made the flight even better.

Cons: I can't think of a thing the crew could have done better. Top Notch!

Cons: For paying for a business ticket and to be offered a bag of potato chips is unacceptable though I did have a few alcohol drinks. Seats were also well worn.

Cons: The flight was almost 4 hour long, and we didn't get no food to eat, we would have to buy the food, I think that was bad

Cons: I don’t like the charge for checked bag. It encourages people to bring too many and too large bags onto the plane.

Pros: This was an older plane with no upgrades including no Internet and the very small poor quality Monitors in the back of the seat in front of each passenger. The seats were very uncomfortable. The transfer in Vancouver after customs involved going outside in the cold to and from the bus. There was no warning. The customs area red jacketed help personnel told us that it was just as fast to go throught the general customs are instead of using our Nexus cards and this turned out to take forever. So very disappointing.

Cons: Better communication at all levels. Remember that the overall strength of a chain is only as strong as its weakest link and this trip had many weak links for us making it a challenge.

Cons: Overstuffed storage bins. Absolutely chaotic and abysmal boarding process

Pros: Head flight attendant who gave all the message was not friendly, rushed through her messages like she was not enjoying herself at her job.

Cons: We left the gate late by 20 minutes only to stand in line with 8 or so other planes waiting to taxi to runway for take off. No explanation was given. However pilot did make up 30 minutes of that time in the air.

Pros: It was a smooth flight

Cons: Front right lav door hard to latch, headphones worked on one side only, gap in middle of lie-flat bed.
