Pros: Close to the slopes, easy to get there, excellent staff
Cons: Pillows not very comfortable
Pros: Nice staff, very nice spa and facilities. Comfortable room with a great view. Very close to ski lift.
Pros: Great reception, friendly and helpful employees, the sauna is good and spacious, (open from 15:00, tell the reception you'd like to make use of it and they'll fire it up for you) the room was spacious (three persons superior room) with big balcony, lifttickets available at the reception, newspapers and magazines available at the reception and in the sauna relaxation room, small pumptrack right in front, lockers with bootwarmers available, bikes can be put in the garage, and the restaurant serves great capuns. And the books in the room are a nice touch, too, as are the blankets provided so you can stay on the balcony longer.
Cons: Nothing to not like here! Only if you want to go eat out somewhere else, you'll have to walk/ bike/ ride a bit. We didnt need to, the food and the wine were good.
Pros: Fantastic room with great space, opening door to the outside, nice amenities and toiletries. Breakfast is amazing!!! Located within easy walking distance of the bus stop. Staff incredibly lovely and helpful.
Cons: Closest supermarket is 30 mins walk and other services are limited. Especially difficult to find somewhere nearby to eat in Sunday’s. Most printed material, including hotel information isn’t in English. Had one meal at the restaurant. Dinner set meal tasted lovely, but had food poisoning as a result hours later.
Pros: Great service. Loved the wellness spa. Perfect location. Ebikes for rent as well.
Cons: Nothing really not to like
Pros: Nice hotel close to the Heimberg lift. Friendly staff. Good restaurant. Nice wellness area. Lenzerheide is a rather large skiing area, connected to Arosa.
Cons: WIFI had to be installed many times again.
Pros: The sauna is good, clean and spacious. Pumptrack right beside the hotel. Clean, new, well spaced. Good coffee, friendly staff, parking garage for a fee, outside for free (limited spaces) Very sports minded. The reception area where one can read several newspapers and magazines and get one's own drinks -as there is no mini bar in the room- is an extra nice touch.
Pros: Very confident, right on the cross-country piste, excellent restaurant
Cons: No water kettle in the room
Pros: Cosy and clean room, very nice spa, bike rental available at a good price, excellent staff, good restaurant, excellent breakfast, good price for money.
Cons: A bit far away from all the restaurants and activities in Lenzerheide but ok.
Pros: Fresh hotel ... Cigar lounge ... good wine ... easy parking
Cons: Ipad was provided during check in. No added value
Pros: Would've wished that somebody informed us about the shared bathroom but that didn't worsen our experience.
Cons: We really like the friendly atmosphere. Everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay.
Pros: The Lodge is an excellent find! Exceeded our expectations: Well located, lovely and clean rooms, big common space and kitchen, beautiful views from the room, and great hospitality. The owner/Jason, has great advice on activities in the area and his support made our stay. Thanks!
Pros: Great location (a short walk to the lifts/rodelbahn), friendly and excellent value-for-money, though obviously not at the luxury end of the swiss hotel market!
Pros: Good spaces, well equipped kitchen
Pros: A short walk to the town's activities. Owner a super nice and accommodating guy.
Pros: The owner is super friendly and very helpful, he recomended us on things to do, even in our next destination. On the first night we had a problem with the heater, it made noises that woke me up. I told the owner about it in the morning and he fixed it, the second night was perfect. The room is very comfortable and so are the toilets. The kitchen is big and has everything you need to make whatever you want. the free coffee (/tea) whenever you want made everything even more perfect for me(: The hostel is right on the bus station, 5 seconds walk.
Pros: The host is super friendly. The rooms are very comfortable and family friendly. We loved to chat with the other guests and there is plenty of space for paying cards, having breakfast etc. The location is also great as you can walk just a few meters to the pool, cable cars, stores etc.
Pros: Very clean All' was ok and very friendly
Pros: Recommended place to stay, it is a chalet/ rural style, cosy place and great location as there is a supermarket in front of the Lodge (Migros) and the ski also near that you see from the room and can take the cables to get there. It is very good location for holidays. We were super friendly welcomed by Kirsty who was a lovely person. Kitchen well equipped which helped us with the meals.
Cons: Shared bathrooms and red curtains which not filter the sun lights, too bright to sleep.
Pros: This hotel is very close to supermarket. The room size is big with enough heater.

Pros: Very nice place with a delicious breakfast! The staff is very polite and helpful! The area is beautiful
Pros: I liked the building and furnishings. Functional welcoming.
Cons: Width of door to shower. ( I'm large )
Pros: Staff very accommodating and friendly, and the room was spacious with a balcony. There is a small shop and bank very close by, but no larger spar or supermarket.
Cons: No chalk for the pool que's :)
Pros: Price and location are good. The place has more of a hostel vibe than a Pension. It has games like Billiard, Table tennis, arcades, etc.
Cons: The quadruple room in the second floor is tiny and desperately needs renovation. The breakfast was okish for 1 or 2 nights but not longer.
Pros: Wonderful and very helpful host!
Pros: Clean and spacious, friendly staff
Cons: Very old decor and beds. No breakfast apart from coffee and bread
Pros: We stayed in one of the Budget rooms, which was fine for the one night stay we were there for - beds were comfortable, room was warm and shower was warm and good pressure. The comfort rooms have a bit more space and are in the main part of the charming building, but the Budget room was fine for our stay. What impressed us most was the friendly staff, good service and great facilities - sauna, pool table, pinball machine, table tennis and fussball table, as well as a good ski/boot room with boot warmers - something we have not had on occasion in other, more expensive hotels. Location is also great, being only a 5 min walk to the chairlifts on either side of he valley. We didn’t eat in the restaurant, but did see the evening meal (salad cart and various hot dishes) which all looked really nice and presented well. For the price we paid, we felt we got far more than we paid for and would definitely stay here again and, unless you are looking for a 5 star hotel, would recommend to anybody looking for accommodation in this area.
Cons: The property is a little dated in just a few places, but again no complaints as everything worked and nothing was an issue. The property is/has been updated in a number of places and you can see why people recommend it so highly.
Pros: Friendly staff, clean rooms, good value restaurant and amazing overall value for money for a large ski resort in Switzerland.
Cons: Rooms may be a little basic for some people but perfect for 2 friends looking for a budget overnight stay in the mountains.
Pros: Super friendly staff, nice room (we stayed in the Motel room), plenty of parking space, nice breakfast. Very good common areas.
Pros: Excellent location with good value for money. The room was a standard sky lodge room, definitely not a 5 star hotel but nor it should be at that price. Everything was very clean and functional. Host was very helpful and nice and breakfast delicious.
