Cons: 1 hour delay due to maintenance but the ground crew and pilot kept us informed.

Pros: Crew in flight was nice and professional Sit in 1st class was comfortable

Cons: The seats are miserable small and uncomfortable. More options for snacks for the cost of the ticket!!!

Pros: The flight attendants have so much patience, it’s amazing. Because passengers are idiots.

Cons: Do you really need to charge every person to pick their seat?

Pros: The flight crew could have been more attentive. Jackets and coats were not collected during preboarding until last minute, by then I had already put mine away.

Cons: No food was offered, short flight though, that’s okay, but the crew definitely could have been more attentive to the first class passengers.

Cons: I had never flown Norwegian Air before. It was a very comfortable flight.

Cons: Luggage return- very slow!

Pros: Deplaning was seamless and our luggage was where it was supposed to be and on time.

Cons: I lost count of the number of gate changes and delays in Seattle. It was ridiculous. We were in boarding group C and when they finally called group C they immediately called group D to also board at the same time. Getting off our flight from DC was no picnic either. Overall a bad experience flying Alaska today.

Cons: My ticket did not allow me to use my status to upgrade. Never buying through Kayak again.

Cons: In flight entertainment was broken

Pros: Crew is friendly and seat is comfortable.

Cons: The gate was occupied when we landed on schedule.
