Cons: Despite one piece of carry on per passenger they run out of overhead space. The boarding process is unbelievably slow. Far too many with no apparent reason to pre-board are allowed to pre-board . Wanted to buy food were nearly out of any of the choices by row 34 so no food 5:36 minute flight ridiculously poor planning in my opinion. Very little leg room as configured.

Pros: Head flight attendant who gave all the message was not friendly, rushed through her messages like she was not enjoying herself at her job.

Cons: We left the gate late by 20 minutes only to stand in line with 8 or so other planes waiting to taxi to runway for take off. No explanation was given. However pilot did make up 30 minutes of that time in the air.

Pros: No delays, flight crew excellent and courteous. Prompt boarding and smooth takeoff/flight/landing.

Cons: Not much. The Q400 doesn't have very wide seats and no WiFi, but this isn't much to complain about, as it's a small plane.
