Jasmin great. The lady (Anna) who greeted me was really friendly. Everyone else indifferent and non responsive. Reception staff hide in back office even during busy times. Have to shout out each time for service. WiFi slow and kept dropping out. Bed was great otherwise room tiny. Only hand towels in room even though big towels on the laundry trolley.
