Cons: Delayed by an hour and spent most of it taxiing.

Pros: Not much. Cheese plate was ok.

Cons: Felt like a sardine. Knees were up against the seat I front fighting for elbow space with person in the middle. Worse seating than Ryanair in Europe.

Pros: Flight was smooth the whole time

Pros: While i normally fly AA i gave United a try & my flight to Austin was surprisingly comfortable & enjoyable. The trip back was another story. Seated between two very nice but 250lb people who spilled over into my seat. The Entertainment channel was best part of trip and that was uneven.

Cons: Incredibly uncomfortable. Inedible food that I had to pay for was another frustration. We had a 45 min flight delay. At that point food should be gratis. A good opportunity to create loyalty was squandered. Complete lack of awareness about human essentials.

Pros: Crew was attentive and accommodating.

Cons: Gates switched 3 times and all bags had to be checked because of a small aging plane.

Cons: The seat and area around me on this early morning flight were trashy-- old cups of cheese spread, cracker crumbs, and an empty water bottle.

Cons: More than an hour late departing. Added to that it was almost an hour before luggage appeared. Not West Jet’s fault but it made us even later resulting in some of our long drive of our drive to Grand Canyon being in the dark.

Pros: Crew did the best they could under the conditions

Cons: There was a broken toilet that was very loud and created long line ups because economy only had use of the 1 bathroom while the first class had 2 bathrooms for so few people

Pros: West Jet staff and crew are always great.

Cons: My flight was delayed over an hour - we sat on the tarmac waiting for de-icing for over an hour. There is no entertainment on this flight (so no wifi or tv) and we were not really notified how long we would be delayed- causing delays for me in Saskatoon that I could not provide information for.

Pros: The crew was fine

Cons: the checked luggage took over an hour to arrive at the carousel. ZERO communication. Other flights arrived after ours and all their baggage arrived and they all left while we stood. No information. No explanation. Poor

Pros: Seat was fine, Boarding went Smooth

Cons: Boarded late due to Maintenance request. Maintenance fixed it immediately, but then took over an hour to get the paperwork. Left 1:40 late, got in well after Midnight (should have been 10:30pm).

Cons: Flight was perfect no complaints

Cons: great flight. On time. Seats are the usual but no divider in the underseat area so my little tiny carryon bag slid in easily
