10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hospitality from Janet and staff here is like no other. Before arriving Janet communicated with me, I had told her we were coming for mum's birthday, Janet offered to go to the shop to get some flowers and cake for me. When she found out that my mum was poorly, she located us to a lower floor room. Janet was in on the secret that I would be singing happy birthday at breakfast, she produced the cake and flowers and sang happy birthday with us. Janet made such a big difference to our stay, and I can't thank her enough. The rooms are so beautiful, cosy and In keeping with the style of the building and surrounding areas. Very comfortable sleep, bed linen was so comfortable, curtains totally black out the room. Lovely furniture. TV. We also had a mini fridge. Perfectly working shower, and the towels provided were great, certainly not cheap towels! Breakfast was delicious. There's a range of cereals, juices, spreads, and my favourite..... A full cooked breakfast, which was quite frankly cooked to perfection. Easy to check in and out. Can't believe I've never stayed here before, but now I've found it, it'll be the only place I do stay in Llandudno. The location is perfect, although you can probably park outside, I parked in the church over the road for £8, which was for 24 hours. The walk to the pier is 10 minutes at a snails pace. Plenty of lovely little shops around, from modern buys, to second hand shops. The gift shop in the shopping mall across from Marks and Spencer is worth a visit, lovely items in there. Anyway, thank you so much for a very pleasant stay, we will be back. Melanie
Cons: There was nothing I didn't like.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location so close to the train station was great. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice. Room was comfortable and large. Owner and the lady at breakfast were very helpful and cheerful
Cons: The shower was a bit of a problem, there is a large step up into it and my partner has poor eyesight and nearly fell when he came out of the shower as he did not see the step, luckily I caught him before he hurt himself. Also could not turn the shower head, it seemed fixed

Pros: Very clean room and bathroom. Very helpful staff and gave very useful tips in relation to sight seeing. Staff were very welcoming. The hotel exists in a fantastic location. Very good value for money.
Cons: Stayed on the third floor where the ceiling was sloped which is not ideal for a tall man like me, as my head got knocked into it few times. The bed mattress was too soft which is not my personal preference, so it was a little bit a straggle to sleep; especially on the first night. Pros: The breakfast was great plenty of choice and really hot. The room was clean and quiet, the bed was very comfortable could not fault anything. Can honestly say this is the best b&b I have stayed in.
Cons: The only problem I could see was the steps up to the hotel. This could be a problem with people with walking difficulties and wheelchair accessible.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The B & B was ideal for visiting the local area. Great position and lovely sea view. The breakfast was exceptional.
Cons: There were no dislikes to mention.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything! The owners were welcoming as well as patient when we managed to lose our key almost immediately. The room was clean and cosy with a beautiful view of the sea and well placed chairs to sit in and watch it with a morning brew. Plenty of plug sockets for two girls getting ready for a wedding. The bathroom was stocked thoughtfully with little extras such as nice shower gel and cotton pads; the little often forgotten touches. Breakfast was plentiful and superb with many options.
Cons: The room was beautiful but quite light on the morning; maybe thicker curtains could be considered?

Pros: The View is an absolutely lovely guest house. Claire and her husband are very friendly and welcoming. On arrival we were shown how to book a time for breakfast and facilities in the lounge, then we were shown to our room. Everything about the guest house was explained to us. Such a beautiful room, very clean and tidy, as is the whole guest house, we had a fantastic sea view. There was nothing we didn't want for, Claire and Roman have thought of everything. Breakfast was really lovely, so much choice! Thelma is a friendly and helpful waitress. It was our anniversary on one of the days and when we got back to our room in the evening there were petals and towel swans on the bed, it was such a lovely touch and and a big surprise to us. Thank you! We would most definitely love to return to The View . Thank you so much Claire, Roman and Thelma for making our stay so welcoming.
Cons: There was nothing we didn't like.

Pros: The view was fabulous the breakfast was lovely lots of choice and the location was very central to explore Lots of attention to detail blankets to sit on the terrace if it gets chilly in your room there were robes eye masks lots if little things that made your stay really comfortable we had a really enjoyable stay and would recommend it very good place to stay
Cons: The parking was a little stressful you have to drive round to find a spot can take a while there is a lot of free parking on the back streets
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved the location as it's right on the front, near the pier. The big red open top bus stops just across the rd. The tram station is 1st right and up to the top of the st. Claire makes sure you've all the little extra touches and she makes a lovely breakfast in the morning. People near to remember this is a Victorian building so you make hear a pipe make a noise sometimes. It's a very charming guest house and I'll defo be going back. Gail Stubbings
Cons: You have to walk up a slope and then some steps and a further 8 or so steps, so if you have bad knees this would be a problem. But that's not a complaint or a dislike it's just worth knowing.

Pros: The price was fantastic! Unbeatable! Super clean and comfy, no frills, but a great base for me to come back to after a tiring day. Super comfy bed. Nice shower (if a little small). Lovely breakfast included in the amazing price. Staff were lovely but not overbearing. Walking distance to train station. Walking distance to beach, shops and takeaways etc.
Cons: Parking was literally horrendous! Something to seriously consider. My single room really was tiny. The sink is tiny and so is the shower cubicle. However, space if used brilliantly and you can't expect anything more for the price.

Pros: Both tir y coed country house and the hosts Sandra, and chris where exceptional! The cooked breakfast was oustanding and we throughly enjoyed the evenings with a few glasses of wine chatting to the hosts. We booked the courtyard view junior suite and was not dissapointed, room standards where very high with the added bonus of homemade flapjack! The weather put a stop to all pre booked plans but sandra gave us a map with the best recomndations on both activites and places to eat and we was not dissapointed! Nothing is too much much trouble upon request and certainly a home from home feeling. We shall be booking again very soon. Thankyou.
