Very good position. Wonderful view.
You need to be agile. Two staircases (easy). Then very small winding stone staircase. Charming and fun but if you have difficulties. Not.
Location was amazing, unfortunately the staff were unwilling to compromise when we were given the wrong room that had specifically booked. Had 3 different versions of why the room was not available but no apologies were given. The room we were given was adequate but it was very outdated with no communal area to sit unlike the room we had booked.
Fantastic view from the window!
Breakfast can improve
Great setting for the price. Peacefulness and tranquillity in the evening ,at night and in the morning.
The room was huge with lovely views. The host very friendly. Breakfast basic (croissant, bread and jam and tinned fruit) .Excellent coffee though!
The floor hadn't been vacuumed or mopped for a long time and there was black dust on the bedside table, maybe from old beams above. I left a more for the chambermaid but she didn't do any cleaning. There is no toilet paper holder, which is very unhygienic! Towels are old and thin.
