Beds were comfortable, breakfast pretty complete and dining area clean and well stocked.
Housekeeping was not on the ball. The tile in the entry and bath of the room had been cleaned with a polish and was slippery. We told front desk and the floor was cleaned the same way every day. ( we are over 70 this is a terrible risk) Tile floors in rest of building were not slick. Even bath tub was slick. We asked for a mat, and didn’t get one til we chased down a housekeeper and begged for it. Washcloths were not replaced, and front desk says they don’t have ANY available. Tissues and toilet paper were not replaced. We had to go to desk and ask. Doors keys were inactivated every single day of our stay (5) and had to get them rekeyed to get back in our room.
