Pros: Rooms clean and nice and excellent breakfast included
Pros: Super clean, natural materials-wood, stone, linen. Super quiet. Exellent meals! Super!
Cons: I'd waited hot water a few minutes. Only this.
Pros: I like everything about this Hotel. The Personnel was super exquisite. The Hotel is a old building restated and has the charms of the old epoque. The room are super clean and spacious. WIFI works great. Breakfast is in a giant room and there is nothing missing. Price is half compare to the usual 4 stars in Carpi (which are often 3 stars). I was given a free park just in front to the Hotel. The town itself is a true discovery, full of boutique and beautiful untouched street and 19th century buildings!! Really a must, I will stay again when in Carpi.
Pros: On Main Street, very central
Cons: Tiny room, view of the back of adjoining flats, parking spaces so small we couldn’t open doors once we got in, had to climb out of back
Pros: Excellent staff. Very good coffee. Breakfast was good. Clean comfy rooms. Nice and quiet.
Cons: The computer for guests needs fixing. Really that was the only thing that needs doing.
Pros: Good location in the middle of the town. Free parking right in front of the hotel (unless there's market, see above). Comfy bed. Good food in the restaurant on site. Tasty brekfast (limited choice but good quality of items).
Cons: The housekeeping could be better (see pictures taken upon arrival to the room). While the restaurant staff was nice, the staff at the reception made a mixed impression (based on who was on duty). Some described the hotel having "an old charm". While I find this true for the building, lobby and hallways, the room made rather an outdated impresion to me. There's a market taking place in the square in front of the hotel and surrounding streets every Wednesday morning from 6am. Therefore you cannot park there or you'll be towed. This is not a fault of the hotel, just a word of warning for the others. The hotel warns about this clearly by a flyer in hallways and rooms yet it still is a nuissance especially when you're checing out with lots of baggage. You can either park in the nearby underground garage for 9 EUR/night (paid at the reception) or in some of the free spaces 3-5mins walk away.
Pros: Good central location
Cons: Breakfast was very average.
Pros: The staff were helpful, and friendly. The bicycle loan was a great added bonus.
Pros: Very clean. Quiet Italian village. Love it!
Pros: Welcome. Excellent restaurant and waiter
Cons: The reception staff was rude. She “welcomed” us with the claim we cannot stay in the standard double room we’ve reserved (we’re traveling with our 7 months baby boy) and must (!) take a junior suite. how small the double room is in a 4* hotel if you cannot fit a crib in?! (the difference in price was not essential though). The “suite” turned to be a relatively small double room with absolutely no space for a crib (which by the way the hotel was ready to supply at additional cost of 18€ - in every hotel we’ve stayed before it was provided free on demand). Besides that, the room was situated in the middle floor so the elevator didn’t reach there, so we were forced to climb the stairs with the baby, suitcases and the stroller! A 4* hotel doesn’t offer a bellboy service! The free parking next to the hotel turned out to be non-available so we were sent to park our car on the street a couple of blocks away and of course drag our stuff and the baby and ourselves to the hotel. The buffet breakfast was included in price and was ok, but definitely not worth a 4* rating. Generally, I would not recommend to stay at this hotel under any circumstances. We had a very bad experience.

Cons: Would have been convenient to have tea/coffee making facility in room.
Cons: Plastic glasses, hairdryer
Pros: excellent staff, extremely friendly and good breakfast.
Cons: access to a sun bathing area would have been nice, grass beside restaurant needed to be cut.
Pros: Good Location
Cons: not always a parking space Hotel restaurant must be booked in advance - here is no priority for hotel residents
Pros: highly recommend the place it is also close to the Train station so you walk up...
Cons: in house dinning - limited options
Pros: The room its very comfortable and clean
Pros: After a hard days riding through bad weather on motorcycles, we were greeted by smiling helpful staff at the hotel, which is just what we needed. As it was Sunday evening when we arrived and their restaurant was closed, they made us a reservation at a good local restaurant. The hotel was spotless and comfortable, and we enjoyed our breakfast.

Cons: The hotel is located outside the city center and it is not possible to walk to city center pending lack of suitable footpasses/pavements.
Pros: Value of the stay and both cleanliness and hassle free wifi
Cons: Not easy to find
Pros: Convenient for visiting Carpi and Modena. Very good restaurant almost next door.
Cons: When we arrived in the restaurant for breakfast there was little food left and many of the tables had not been cleared. Over the next ten minutes or so the staff sorted out the situation.
Pros: Easiness in checking in and out,as long as the privacy each client has.
Cons: It has too cold mood
Pros: Very quite, calm and clean. Fantastic price

Cons: When we where checking out the staff told us the wrong price ( of course a higer price, then they corrected it when we pointed it out)
