Pros (+) I liked that it had a locking door, a bed for me to sleep, and blinds. The breakfast was also not too bad.
Cons (-) The bathroom was gross. It needed to be updated bad! The bathtub was dirty and the shower was stuck on the handheld sprayer so I had to wash with one hand while holding the sprayer with the other. It was dirty around the toilet. The sheets luckily looked clean.

Pros (+) The staff was very friendly and helpful with restaurant suggestions. (Went to Dave's Fish Fry, very good, very local.) It offered hot breakfast options (eggs, sausage,waffles) as well as the cold standards (muffins, bagels, yogurts). It was a less expensive option than the hotels that surrounded it. We came to see an open house at SUNY Cortland and this hotel is only less than 10 minutes away from...
Cons (-) The hotel had a shabby feel from the exterior, especially since is it surrounded by two more expensive, higher-rising hotels. With some sprucing up, it could have a much improved curb appeal to compete with its neighbours.
