Cons: Forgot to ask for wifi password.
Pros: Stayed in king room on 1st floor The decor was good Bed comfortable Size of room good Noise level acceptable even though room was in building on street side. Room in building overlooking creek would be better Close to amenities. Walking distance to pub for meal People at motel friendly and helpful
Cons: No light over any mirror making it very difficult to see to apply make up or for my husband to shave The louvres in bathroom opened onto the back access to all rooms on first floor. Same design issue for queen room on first floor as my sister in law had the queen room next door.
Pros: Lovely room, very quiet, well appointed.

Pros: The rain tank was great I hate filling the jug from a basin. Doreen or Dorothy at reception couldn’t do enough.
Cons: Mattress was too soft prefer a firm mattress. The TV needs to be updated....the picture wasn’t good.
Pros: It was clean, comfortable, and had rainwater inside for your use
Pros: The lady behind the counter was very helpful, friendly and had a very cheery and pleasant personality.
Cons: The road noise was terrible. Room wasn't very sound proof - trucks. I suppose we expected that, as we were on the main road into town.
Pros: We really liked Mary and John......lovely, friendly people!
Cons: There wasn’t anything we didn’t like!
Pros: The breakfast was lovely, the staff were really nice & the cleanliness was 10/10. Not far from everything in town, and easy parking on site. There was a microwave in my room which meant I could eat in comfort without having to go out at night.
Cons: It was a shame the tank water wasn't available while I was staying there Don't bother ordering any food to be delivered from the pub next door... tried once, it wasn't good - no fault of the Homestead here, just about the pub food
Pros: Was a great stay the staff were friendly the room was well presented and the shower was amazing. Great job guys
Pros: Very friendly staff, great central location, large rooms, good sized undercover car parks.
Cons: Restaurant was not open on a Saturday night, pool needed cleaning (was winter so we weren't swimming but didn't look very nice)
Pros: The bed was comfortable.
Cons: The room was not as clean as previous stays, found rubbish in draws. no longer a mini bar in room even though advertised.had trouble getting tv channels, Since my last stay i think it has changed hands .. not as friendly as it once was.
Pros: Excellent customer experience at reception - even going to the effort of booking a table and meal for us at a nearby restaurant!
Pros: Lovely and clean. Modern premises very close to shops and restaurants.
Cons: Only thing I could suggest would be to stop guests reverse parking. Some diesel drivers seem to like a warm up and the fumes can go straight back at the rooms.

Pros: Breakfast was excellent and the staff were wonderful and so helpful

Cons: The staff were rude and inappropriate. An older lady who worked/owned the motel inn went through my room without my consent. She was caught in there, with no cleaning products or towels when I came back in the middle of the day she was snooping through my things. I would never stay there again and I would not recommend this place.

Pros: Close proximity to town centre
Pros: Comfortable room, friendly, nice dinner with room service
Cons: New sheets on bed were uncomfortable to sleep on
Pros: Clean, comfy, close to everything and family friendly
Pros: The packed lunch is highly recommended. The motel is popular with travelling work people which means it is a bit noisy with trucks starting quite early but this doesn't last for long.
Pros: Very comfortable, nice bed and air conditioning worked a treat. Reception was very welcoming. Great Pod Coffee Machine available in the room.
Pros: Staff were great
Cons: Hair in the shower drain, incomplete breakfast order, excessively loud fridge that sounded as if was making ice all night!
Pros: This was a great place to stay for the night. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of room and the location was great. Coles and Aldi were across the road and KFC was just around the corner!!! There was also a great park across the road.
Cons: There was no pressure in the shower which was a bit of bummer, cause I wanted to have a nice shower.
Pros: Nice spacious room and bathroom. The location was close enough to the business centre but also quiet for a good night sleep.
Cons: Sofa bed was not very comfortable
Pros: Very friendly staff. Clean. Comfortable.
Cons: As expected in a motor hotel, it is a little noisy in the morning when the neighbors start leaving.
Pros: The location was close to the centre of town. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the bed was comfortable.
Cons: The bathroom basin was separate to the bathroom. Although the room was comfortable, it was quite dated and we felt it was overpriced.
Renovated in 2015, the Dalby Manor Motor Inn Dalby is a great choice for accommodation in Dalby. The hotel is conveniently located a short 1km drive from Dalby. With Dalby Golf Club and Dalby District Tennis Association both within a short distance, there is no shortage of things to do in the area. After a long day of sightseeing, guests can retire to the comfort of the hotel.
Cons: It was cold
Pros: Location. Comfortable bed and good hanging space. Hair dryer.
Cons: There was no room service, no meals available, frequently unmanned reception, we weren't given the code for the WiFi and we were definitely not made to feel welcome when we checked in.
Pros: The bed was very comfortable and the room lovely and warm. There was no traffic noise at all.
Cons: The bathroom was absolutely frigid- no heating in it and with a temperature of 1 degree, it was plain painful!
Pros: Conveniently located.
Cons: Noise from other units was audible through walls. Shower door was hard to open as it was stuck on bottom. Due to large ventilation across entire top of glass in bathroom it made the room cold even with air con on. I quickly learnt to close bathroom door.
Pros: Very comfortable, clean room. Plenty of space. Good size bathroom. Good air conditioning.
Cons: Parking was a fair way from the room.
Pros: The convenience of location to where we had our party.
Pros: Big room. Good facilities. Nice pool for Summer months.
Cons: Unfortunately the restaurant wasn't available. Not sure if it never opens weekends or that there was an illness.
Pros: It was very clean and well maintained
Pros: It was close to where we needed to be
Cons: The food was diabolical the staff were less than friendly.
Pros: Reception was considerate to 2 elderly travellers. Motor inn is an attractive building when viewed from the street. Conveniently located.

Pros: The staff were very helpful and friendly
Cons: Finding the entry is very hard, no signs to show you where to book in. Pretty poor when you don’t know the area
Pros: Bed was extra comfy.very clean and spacious.staff excellent.
Cons: Shower was a little slow but adequate. overall ok.
Pros: the location is great
Cons: the shower kept dripping and no milk for morning coffee otherwise great accomodation
Pros: The staff were friendly and informative
Cons: The rooms were clean but old and to be renovated. Also because they front onto the carpark there was too much noise from the hotel guests. A group of you adults party in the carpark all night long until it started running. Hence very little sleep.
Pros: It was walking distance to the 21st Birthday party we went to. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: There was no privacy. You couldn’t have a shower with others in the room. The curtain didn’t close properly and you could see straight into the shower from outside. There was a huge crack all the way through one of the walls and the sunlight shone through! Would not pass a building inspection, bad structural condition.
Pros: Restaurant food was excellent
Cons: Motel rooms are in middle of refurbishment and not up to scratch. Noise of crowds outside on the street at 2AM in the morning. Big Sky Weekend at Jimbour
Pros: The hotel was newly renovated in parts and under renovation in others. Very pleasant atmosphere and great meals. The bed was very comfy and the water in the shower was hot.
Cons: Our room was definitely in need of renovation. The hand basin had several cracks in it. Between the shower floor and walls were large gaps that had been filled a long time ago. Walls tiles in toilet and shower also had some cracks.
