Friendly staff, super clean !
The room was excellent. I loved the security of having to use the room key to be able to use the elevator.
There was no Valet, having to park so far away and walk to the hotel was a pain.
We¿ve stayed here a couple times. It¿s usually a relaxing stay close to many restaurants and things to do.
Our second night there our tv stopped working. I called the front desk and was told a repairman was coming to look. He never showed up. That same night we had to call security two times due to loud and drunk visitors.
It was a comfy feeling
The room sucked for the price. Things were too expensive and hardly any TV without paying for it
I thought the staff was the best experience at this hotel
I did not like the parking for this hotel
I loved the location. We were able to walk (1 mile) to dining locations. We were also able to do daily runs within a great area. Lots to see in the surrounding area. The hotel
The pillows were nasty. They place multiple pillowcases on the pillows to run to hide this. I think they should replace pillows and sheets instead of covering them with additional linen.
Everything
Only thing I was a little disappointed the restaurant was closed .
Room was very clean. Curtains that kept the sun out in the morning! Very cool retro style bar.
No validation for parking. Parking was a hassle.
The room itself was nice. The view was subpar.
the staff was not concerned with accommodation about the hotel. I will not book again with them
The restaurant and the service
My room was not fully cleaned ¿¿
Quit and nice soft bed and pillow.
You have to pay for parking, expensive dinner to eat, and in the morning there is no breakfast offered they even make you pay for a cup of coffee.
The front desk representative, was amazing. He was super sweet, has a fast response time, and best of all he remembered my name and always said hi when he saw me and addressed me by name. Thank you hotel employee. You were so sweet!
All double Queen rooms face a brick wall. I had to change to a single king size bed and share with my best friend just to not look at a brick wall and air vents for two days.
