Cons: 1 hour delay due to maintenance but the ground crew and pilot kept us informed.

Pros: Was actually an Air Canada flight. AC has much better seating in Economy Class. Seats have more room and more recline.

Cons: United made no effort to alert us to the fact that we were actually flying Air Canada. Our rewards upgrade to Business Class was not honored.Extremely misled!

Pros: It was a bit less expensive at first, but the charges added up quickly. My only complaint really is that the booking was through Air Canada and the flight was operated through United Airlines. It wasn’t a problem for me but if you only have a Visa debit card and want to pay for checked bags online, this is not possible to do online prior to checking in. You also can’t check in to your flight as you would normally, you get the last available seats and have to pay for any seat changes. All in all, I’d still book through Kayak but I’d make sure that the flight I booked was through the company that operates the flights. It’s will give you more options when checking in to the flight.

Cons: I was put through a third party airline that had no control of the final booking procedure that I was used to. I could not choose seats or add checked luggage on my visa debit, I needed a credit card. This wasn’t a problem but it could pose problems for some people.

Pros: the plane, finally, got me where i needed to go

Cons: the ticket was only $47 but then i had to pay $39 for a carry on the only complimentary item given on the plane is water - they charge you for coffee the flight attendant was obnoxious, she kept making comments about how she couldnt give us anything for free the seats do not recline the air conditioning wasnt working but they loaded the plane up regardless and then after 30 minutes told us we could get off the plane while they look for the missing part that is 'somewhere' in the airport and they didnt know how long it would take for the part to be found and installed -- i dont understand why they would load people onto the plane if the plane was not working properly and they knew they needed to stall it was a very bad experience all in all

Cons: No Food to buy available on board. We thought we could buy something. The coffee was good.

Pros: Head flight attendant who gave all the message was not friendly, rushed through her messages like she was not enjoying herself at her job.

Cons: We left the gate late by 20 minutes only to stand in line with 8 or so other planes waiting to taxi to runway for take off. No explanation was given. However pilot did make up 30 minutes of that time in the air.

Pros: The landing was perfect, in spite of snowy, icy weather

Cons: To be on time, delayed one hour
