Pros: getting off flight they didn't tell me at gate checkin that I needed a specific tag to receive my double stroller at the gate upon arrival to yyz. so I arrived with my twins and all our stuff to have to carry one of them and deal with all kinds of trouble until we wereat luggage pickup. HORRIBLE

Cons: when gate checking strollers be more clear - I was travelling alone with twin 4 year olds ... to have to carry all the carry on luggage and deal with kids who are tired having the stroller after the flight at the gate would have been extra helpful which w=is what I had intended

Pros: I fly coach so no the seat is not comfortable. However the crew, food, and entertainment were great.

Pros: Crew amazing. Passengers great

Cons: Seats are way too small. Aisles way too tight. Recent acquisition by air Canada must improve passenger comfort.

Cons: Despite one piece of carry on per passenger they run out of overhead space. The boarding process is unbelievably slow. Far too many with no apparent reason to pre-board are allowed to pre-board . Wanted to buy food were nearly out of any of the choices by row 34 so no food 5:36 minute flight ridiculously poor planning in my opinion. Very little leg room as configured.

Pros: Crew was super nice.

Cons: Bathroom was horrible and smelled very bad. Flight was delayed and delayed.

Cons: Little planes need an interior restoration to make them look better.

Pros: my upgrades, I love them, thank you

Pros: Entertainment was good for the length of the flight.

Cons: Delayed several times, one of which was because they didn’t have enough gas for the trip. The pilot also came in so fast and hard that he slammed on the planes breaks when landing - violently shaking the entire plane.

Cons: every single flight got changed multiple times worst experience

Cons: Just water and coffee. Needed some variety.

Pros: The fact that it wasn’t a full flight

Cons: Nothing I didn’t like.

Cons: Front right lav door hard to latch, headphones worked on one side only, gap in middle of lie-flat bed.

Cons: The seat and area around me on this early morning flight were trashy-- old cups of cheese spread, cracker crumbs, and an empty water bottle.
