8.8 Excellent

Cons: Some breakfast items were out of date.
8.0 Excellent
Cons: Furniture very dated, bed too soft
5.0 Okay
Pros: One check in and I get 6 spider bites.Still 4 days later using meds.
Cons: Same thing.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location
4.0 Okay
Pros: Nothing
Cons: The hotel had a horrible odor
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: The rooms were so tiny, furniture extremely outdated and beat up. There was a recliner in the room someone must have gotten out of a dumpster. The bedding was thin not warm and comfy. Our bed we felt was a full size not queen!!! As for the continental breakfast it was a joke. We’d go to bed and there would be 2-3 men sitting in the lobby socializing and laughing loudly both nights. The shower we had to bend our knees because we would have bumped our heads. Had to ask for tissues, toilet paper was like sand paper. It was in a great location just not nice inside at all. The security door to our room was so thin you’d thought it was a closet door.
Cons: Everything
7.0 Good
Pros: The front staff is always friendly and remembered us from last year.
Cons: We asked the cleaning lady not to go in the room that we would pick up towels at the front desk when we got back to the room. We had stabilized the room and for covid 19 reasons we didn't want anyone in the room. She went in anyway and put the new towels in the bathroom and at the sink. In this time of the pandemic i think she should have respected our wishes. We had the no new towels sign and the do not disturb sign both on the outside of the door.

6.8 Good
Pros: The "mediocre" rating for cleanliness does NOT apply to Housekeeping. Our housekeeper (Heather) is doing a good job with the tools she has. Considering we were right by the main entrance AND the outdoor grilling area, our room was very quiet. We found the beds comfortable. The towels were clean and the ice machines filled our coolers. The diner experience was fun and a good value. The location was close to where we needed to be for the days we stayed here.
Cons: It's obvious that carpeted areas have not been shampooed in a very long time. After walking barefoot in the room, the soles of my feet looked as if I'd been walking on fresh asphalt. We saw evidence of previous roach infestation, and found that a bit unsettling.
7.0 Good
Pros: About average
Cons: Need to work on cleaning and musty Oder
3.3 Mediocre
Cons: Stained bathtub, bad smell like smoke, payed for queen size bed but had full-size, mattress old
8.3 Excellent
Cons: There was a sanitary napkin still in the bin, bloody. Thank goodness I saw this as I was exiting the room and not as I first occupied the room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Penny's Diner has really good food.

7.0 Good
Pros: That tje staff were very friendly. They also made ourr dogs feel right at home. The a/c was wonderful to have for our pets. And the space in the room was very large.
Cons: There was a few things they need to fix and improve on at this location. Our room had duct tape in a location on a wall to the door and there was black mold and the bathroom. We also had fleas and cockroaches in the room and I had to ask for killer spray for the Cockroaches and fleas other than that the room was very spacious and comfy

7.0 Good
