Staff was very rude and slow.
I liked that I didn't have to sleep on top of the bed with my clothes on.
It needed so many repairs and the carpet should have been ripped out decades ago.
EZ to I40
dated worn out furnishings mattresses were very poor
Staff was friendly.
Room was filthy. Carpet was dirty. Plumbing issues, water was standing in shower for 20 minutes after water was shut off. Breakfast was toast, cereal, packaged honey bun or waffle. Waffle maker had dried waffle stuck to it. Will not stay here again.
Location,Staff & The cleaning of the room. The toliet needed some attention, but I did point that out and I think they were trying to correct that. Thank you. Plus the price was excellent.
Yes the TV of having Direct TV when it rains no reception.
Staff was very friendly and room was nice and clean
Maybe more breakfast choices but no complaints the waffles were amazing
Unclean and broken toilet, uncomfortable bed, black mold.
The staff quickly addressed every problem we had and were friendly while they took care of it. For a free breakfast,it was decent. I'd live in the shower if I could :) Recently refinished and worth it! Beds were very comfortable.
We reserved a non-smoking room with 2 beds. We received a smoking w/a king bed.The door lock stuck every time, the toilet overflowed, and were woke up by exhaust fumes coming in from a car engine being revved at 3:30 AM.(you can smell it through the door)
It was convenient to the interstate. Coffee was good
We were greeted by 2 cockroaches on the sink area. Too tired to ask to change rooms, we suffered through the night only to be greeted by another roach in the morning. Still no apology from hotel management.
No soap or shampoo in the room. Evidence of cockroaches.
Staff was friendly and accommodating.
There were cockroaches in my room! The room was very stale and hot when I arrived.
Nothing place was filth n so was the staff.
Everything and the Extreme lack of house keeping.
