Cons: In flight entertainment was broken

Pros: Really abundant food service, kind crew, great selection of entertainment

Cons: The drink service came a little late in the flight... but that is a suggestion more than a complaint.

Pros: I managed to slip ahead a couple of rows into what I guess was a slightly upgraded seating area. This resulted in my flight being very nice. But had I not been able to pull off this minor theft, I think it would have been miserable. Sitting up straight, without the seat ahead of me reclined, my knees touched the back fo the seat in front of me. It felt like I was sitting at a table in a kindergarten classroom, not a chair meant for an adult. In the upgraded seat I was very comfortable. Staff on board was friendly and helpful throughout the flight.

Cons: I haven't flown American Airlines in quite a while and one gets quite spoiled flying on Emirates or Qatar or Singapore or Norwegian or whatever other airlines. It's easy to forget how utterly mediocre AA is. The food isn't great, the air quality on the flight is terrible and leaves you feeling oily. They don't air-condition the plane until after everyone is boarded so the whole process is hot, sweaty, and unpleasant. Many of the staff are flat out rude to people (I was never on the receiving end, but I overheard what I considered very abrasive tones to others). And so on. Ideally I'd fly on other airlines I think.

Cons: I had a basic economy so there was nothing I could have changed. The flight was good and captain alerted us frequently of status. Overall good

Cons: I don’t like the charge for checked bag. It encourages people to bring too many and too large bags onto the plane.

Cons: The flight itself was great but it was very late in starting due to technical problems with the aircraft.

Cons: After boarding the flight, having to sit and wait long in the plane....flight delay before take off. no meal without having to pay for it offered only a small cup of juice/tea/coffee to sip on. Not even a light snack or a can of juice is too much to ask for, considering the cost and comfort cut backs to fly with Air Canada

Pros: The crew was very professional and friendly

Cons: Well for the most part it was my first experience so it was good, thank you.

Pros: I liked nothing, the flight was delayed 3 1/2 hours and was notified when I arrived 2 hrs before flight . The Airlines were not helpful at all. Then when I got to my seat on this late 3 1/2 hour delay my seat was broken and uncomfortable for the rest of the flight which was three hours.

Cons: Did not enjoy the flight or your flight attendants They were rude and did not satisfy me as a customer at all Would not recommend Air Canada rouge to anyone and will avoid booking with Air Canada again
