9.6 Excellent
Pros: We used this hotel for ovenight on our way from YNSP to Colorado. Very clean, spacious room, comfort beds. For dinner we were in the city center in japanese restaurant, very good sushi and noodles.
Cons: The indoor pool temperature could be little but higher.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was great! I really enjoyed the bed also. I was a little nervous I wouldn't wake up on time, sleeping through my alarm.
Cons: Nope!
5.8 Okay
Cons: Front desk had or reservation wrong and they were very rude and unapologetic.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great room, breakfast was nice, loved having an ice machine on the same floor.
Cons: The gal who checked us in was not informative at all. Better customer service from her. Another gal checked me out and she was much better.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Breakfast yogurt mango was excellent.Decor was nice. Art was beautiful
Cons: Noise from highway on on one side and truckstop on the other
7.9 Good
Pros: Breakfast was great. The staff were helpful and the room met our needs.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Bed was very comfortable and pillow
Cons: The Price!
8.0 Excellent
Cons: Too close to interstate...noisy trucks all night.
7.0 Good
Pros: Very clean, good location, excellent breakfast
Cons: The staff were friendly and helpful, but the check-in and check-out were more time consuming than I wished.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent room size and hotel amenities. Also, the buffet breakfast was a really good selection.
Cons: The price seemed quite high for the town and state. It was priced more like a resort location. Also, our room phone was completely dead, and unfortunately our room faced the highway so was a bit noisy.

4.0 Okay
Pros: It was clean.
Cons: The room smelled. The hot water ran out after 2 min.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Didn't have the breakfast. The location was very convenient for the activities that we had to attend.
Cons: I booked on-line and was under the impression that I was booking a pet friendly room with two queen size beds for a two nights stay; a Friday and a Saturday night. I received confirmation e-mails which was great, that showed it would cost us $278.00 for our Friday and Saturday night stay. When we arrived, we were told that we did not have a pet friendly room and were given a very small room with a king size bed. It was on the bottom floor right inside the back door. There was a very small concrete patio with a small table and chairs on this small piece of concrete, and a picnic table right off the small concrete patio on the ground. There were men that were staying there, who were constantly using this back door and would sit literally right outside this back door at the two tables and in lawn chairs smoking cigarettes and cooking on small grills. There were a couple of times when we came or went, that they weren't sitting out there, but the ash trays full of butts were there and the smoke smell was always there. Our little 20 lb. dog never barked once our entire stay even with all that activity going on outside our door. Our dog is extremely afraid of any kind of smoke or even just the odor of it. Our two night stay ended up costing us a very unexpected $ 351.32! Just the room charges alone were $132.00 for Friday night and $172.00 for Saturday night and our stay was in the middle of October. We had other friends and family staying at a couple of other nice hotels in Douglas whose experiences were much more pleasant and much less expensive. The reason I booked at the Super 8 was because all of the pet friendly rooms at the other Hotels were already booked months in advance when I booked our room at the Super 8 two months prior to our stay. The Super 8 reviews seemed to be pretty good, so I didn't think there would be any problems staying there. We won't be staying at the Super 8 next time we're in Douglas.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Breakfast was disappointing compared to the other motels I stayed at. It was food. That is all I am willing to say
Cons: Appears that somebody appeared to fix the door strike plate. Pathetic job. It appeared that maybe somebody had kicked in the door as if you looked though the holes you could see a lot of the wood was missing. The plate apparently was put in backwards, maybe because the repairing person did not want to go to the effort of replacing the missing wood. Because it appeared to be in backwards the door did not flush up to what I would call the stop from going out into the hall so it was too much into the room and therefore the secondary security device on the door..the thing that looks like a triangle with a ball on it could not be used reducing security and the feeling of reduced security that anybody could easily bust in the door. First time I ever felt required to have with me what I would call a defensive item. Breakfast was most disappoining
4.6 Okay
Pros: Right of interstate 25
Cons: Old rundown carpet in hallway needs changed room smelled and it was way way way overpriced
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was a little too firm for me, but my companion had no problem with the bed. I loved that it had a breakfast. I don't remember seeing that it provided a breakfast but was pleasantly surprised that it did. They provided waffles, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, juice, breads and fruit. The room was simple but neat and functional for our needs.
Cons: It would have been nice to know that there was no elevator for handicap people. I have a bad knee and didn't know that I would have to climb stairs.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Desk person was nice. Sheets were clean.
Cons: Squeaky flooring, bed was too hard, carpet had not been vacuumed adequately— crumbs under the chairs & close to the wall, the bathroom floor looked like it was “surface” swept but it appeared to need a deep clean of the tile & grout, there’s mold spots on the ceiling of the bathroom, the bathroom fan didn’t do a thing to keep shower steam vented (probably why there’s mold on the ceiling), bathroom in general is outdated & looks like it’s been abused by rough guests, clanking & noises started around 3AM, breakfast room is tiny—limited choices for food, not well lit on the outside & in the parking lot. With the exorbitant price I paid—there should be plenty of money for a remodel. The condition of this hotel anywhere else in WY would go for $65/night. Douglas pricing in general was ridiculously high for a little town, but if you’re the tiniest bit of a “hotel snob” you should pay the extra money to stay at the Hampton!
7.4 Good
Pros: We made the breakfast but some were a few minutes late and they just pulled the food away from them as they tried to get it. Extend the time but it was ignorant. Everything else was great and staff as a hole were great.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Location is all.
Cons: The floors we’re about to fall in. The bed was horrible. The hotel did not represent what I thought the Wyndham name represents. It was like putting new clothes on a muddy sow. Not impressed at all. The pictures definitely do not represent the shape this hotel is in.

Cons: Nothing. Our best lodging of four locations during our vacation.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Large entryway into room. Larger than most bathrooms. Very clean.
Cons: We were put next to the elevator so that was annoying to listen to all night. Also the pool was clean but very cold. Breakfast was not impressive.
6.7 Good
Pros: Breakfast was there...nothing great but not disgusting either. There was NO orange juice and I wanted orange juice...powered scrambled eggs look like yellow foam for packaging...So we went to McDonalds.
Cons: The price for the room was terrible... availability of lodging in town was very limited so if you needed to be there you had to pay. We went to a business function as a seller(have for 17 years).... there was a marked decline in the number of buyers possibly because of the lack of affordable lodging .
