5.0 Okay
Cons: little awareness of sanitizing, mitigation of risks due to corona virus, we didn't eat there and left early in the morning as we were shocked and nervous. The Hilton have hotels all over the world and knew the precautions in place world wide and were ignoring them in Dunblane and possibly elsewhere in UK. We picked a Hilton as we felt they would be on the ball.
4.0 Okay
Pros: The food was great. The staff very friendly.
Cons: The room had no complementary bathroom things in it. room was cold and the Jacuzzi bath did not work. Was told on check in that wee had been up graded as it was for my wife's birthday but if that was an up grade I would hate to see what we where in. Hotel bar is tired needs a good clean seats all stained and marked .
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Brilliant stay staff exceptional
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful location and friendly staff.
Cons: Only one small lift. Expect to wait.
6.0 Good
Pros: Pleasant atmosphere, nice public rooms
Cons: We booked for dinner, staff couldn’t get computer to confirm but said it’ll be fine. When we went for dinner there was no reservation. After we had dinner I reminded them that we had booked the two course meal which was discounted to be told we hadn’t requested this. Which we had at the time we booked the reservation. Eventually it was sorted out. Meal was nothing startling at all
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Food amazing
Cons: Nothing
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Kailyard restaurant, large comfy bed. Very friendly staff. Clean rooms with soft bedding and towels.
Cons: We stayed in the wing of the hotel and it was noisier than the main part of the hotel. I will ask for the main part in future.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was clean and reasonably comfortable, if a little small. The staff were friendly and efficient.
Cons: The breakfast was okay, but such is the nature of hot, buffet-style breakfasts. There was nothing that really stood out, for a hotel of this type, which is not inexpensive.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything super as always in my second home..

Pros: Warm and enthusiastic welcome, even though we arrived late and were the last people in the restaurant. Lovely room with super bathroom. Cons: No tea coffee making facilities in the room, both chairs and chez long broken. No slippers in bathroom. Very small televisions for size of rooms. Fruit basket consisted of two apples.
