Pros: Crew was great and tried to accommodate the best they could

Cons: It was really cold on both flights, they had blankets for only first class and business class. We had an open seat as well next to us and they put a person in the open seat that was drunk and 22. Not cool

Cons: I ordered kosher food and again American Airlines didn’t get me any

Pros: One of the cabin crew was very kind and friendly.

Cons: No entertainment, seats hardly went back, no place to charge any device

Cons: Flight was freezing. Crew was overly concerned about my tree nut allergy. Been flying for 40+ years and this was the first time any one has asked...appreciate it but they went overboard

Pros: Super friendly staff, great service and delicious food. The competition has nothing compared to Delta. We’re switching

Cons: Plane was many hours late. Departure time not on terminal screen. Extreeeme delay on shuttle from United terminal. Sidewalk closed for construction. TSA Prechk not on boarding pass printout. No shuttle behind security from Term B to Term A. Plane left earlier than announced on notification apps. DCA website=6:25pm Final call at 5:47pm only word DELAY on term screen with 4:10time.

Pros: Flight was on time and clean.

Cons: They missed by special meal once.

Pros: The entertaiment movie & one of the crew very caring towards elderly

Cons: No delays

Pros: Flights were delayed due to hydraulics issues, they got it fixed, turned it around quickly in Denver, made up time in the air, and got us in 20m early.

Cons: Not sure why they add basic economy passengers to middle seats between others when there are open rows in the back. Would seem like they could set up the system to assign people to seats in the aisle/window first and then start putting them in the middle. We all moved before takeoff, but it would make things quicker and easier if they assigned seats in a more logical way.

Pros: Everything was good needed a fast flight out and got it.

Pros: Thanks for bringing us water when my husband needed to take some medication, some airlines won’t do that.

Cons: Excessively busy at DIA, seemed under staffed, lines stretching across the airport.
