I stay here every time I come to Dubai. Club rooms are amazing. Staff incredible
If I’m being really picky - water no longer brought to you in laBaie Lounge in cool boxes so had to go and get from the other pool or bring from room which got warm in 40deg heat! Guests now aloud to upgrade into the club lounge without staying in a club room - makes the club room busy Champagne wasn’t available in the lounge like previous years, only had Prosecco

Loved EVERYTHING else about the hotel. From the service to the room
The part of The Wall of jbr that the hotel is on was just ok. Apparently the nicer part starts about a fifteen minute walk away. Also the adult pool was a little small. Pretty but small.

Feels like home, the hotel is so comfortable, the employees are great, Same staff since several years, Charles Monthel and Godwin are excellent and always available. The restaurant are top quality. the spa is great. The hotel is quiet you have several pool for children and nice beach and kids club. It s the 4th time I m staying there with my family and still loving it. Thanks for everything
Only issue is maybe the WiFi which can be better in the room, but It s good sometimes to be disconnected
