didn't have breakfast, but the meal the night before was very good. The front desk was very helpful and the shuttle was a life saver!

Good location from airport and very sound proof. Nice Italian restaurant to escape to around the corner called Little Venice. Huge beds and comfortable
Pillow selection is dismal for the money paid here. I ended up using my travel pillow to get a bit of height

Bathroom was disgusting, old scat he’d dirty sink. Food in bar was inedible. Fish soggy batter, chips hard like wood, wine glass filthy covered in dirty marks and set down to me by waiter holding top of glass .
