although bathroom was fair... shower was tiny and shower head sucked. Breakfast was just o.k.
The hotel is very comfortable and room are just what you require. The team are very pleasant.
The breakfast was very disappointing. Bacon was burnt to a crisp, the sausage also.
Excellent location and staff
Rooms are small but it is right in the centre so it’s to be expected!
The staff was super friendly, anticipating all possible needs and held their professional poker face even when we arrived in hikers’ outfit through the back door. We lodged in a comfortable room with a wonderful soft carpet and many caring details like e.g. the Nespresso machine, an extra socket for continental plugs and aromatherapy toiletries. Most enjoyable was the legendary afternoon tea that cannot be praised sufficiently. Travelers who enjoy the luxurious moment, too, are definitely at the right place in the Westbury.
