Pros: Fast boarding.

Cons: Seat was tight in the shoulders 3 wide for a grown man.

Pros: Check-in was outstanding.

Cons: The gate person could have put a gate check tag on my wife’s carry-on that she (gate agent) insisted we check at the gate so that we could have collected it at our next destination gate. It had keys and medication in it. The Toronto gate agent just had the worst ’don't give a crap’ attitude that I have seen in a long time.

Cons: More cramped seats than Southwest.

Pros: Flight was Good

Cons: checked baggage was damaged

Pros: Crew AND passengers were great, polite & calm. Seats are kinda squashy, tight. Food was yummy.

Cons: Don't think you could make general seats more roomy for average sized people? Luggage bins were squashy too.

Pros: It was one of the best international flights I've been on. Overall a very pleasant flight.

Cons: Food quality is always an issue on flights.

Cons: 30 min to de-ice an E170? Why?

Pros: Crew was great and tried to accommodate the best they could

Cons: It was really cold on both flights, they had blankets for only first class and business class. We had an open seat as well next to us and they put a person in the open seat that was drunk and 22. Not cool

Cons: The boarding process was horrible. The agents we not organized.

Pros: Flight delayed. Missed connecting flight

Cons: Departure and arrival was late.

Cons: The plane was delayed due to waiting for people to clear customs.

Cons: Terrible. Flights delayed by 90 minutes. Then on boarding we as a couple weren’t sat next to each other on the four across plane, but in the two aisle seats. This was bad. But then no one was sat next to my wife. So an empty seat, my wife, me, then a stranger. C’mon Air Canada, figures it out.
