The drop-off was super easy, kind of odd that there's no need to actually give back the keys to a person just deposit in a box at the airport, but maybe, then later I receive the confirmation of the car return and the invoice.Cons:
Perhaps with the car assignment, as initially I got assigned one that I don't like it all because of the size of the car, and I asked for a sedan but wasn't available in the category that I rent, so I need to wait until the day of my reservation so they can confirm if a sedan will be available or not, but the personnel was always helpful and responsive.2.0 Poor

We had a problem for paying with our card, so we ask abaut cancell the rent, if we will have our money back, because we already pay online. The woman said we have to talk with the plataform we use to renting, and may be they give our money back. What a surprise when we call and they said they should have to pay Alamo even we didn't take a car, and the stuff should told us...Cons:
